The hotel was perfect for an 88 yr old lady to see a wonderful show and safely walk to her hotel.
Pros:

Perfect location for going to the theater,Easy to find, park ,park, find room and navigate the premises. The hotel seemed to be very clean and well furnished. The room was large and well laid out and the bathroom was fine.

Cons:

For the price of the room,I thought the toilet paper was noticeably flimsy, large picture of dog on wall was odd and not appealing. I thought the room was very expensive.although I realize in many ways you have a short season.

Pros:

Cons:

aid premium for room over looking hotel restaurant which was loud until 10pm (desire expressly writing in advance stating that the reason i was paying for premium room was to seek quietude)

Skip the food
Pros:

We checked in on a Sunday. Our room was nice, although the woman wasn't even sure if she had one available despite the fact we had a reservation. That worked ou though, because she did. We paid for the breakfast package so our breakfast was included. The hotel advertised breakfast from 7am-10am. We showed up at 9am on a Monday morning. There was one girl working a room full of people. I order coffee and water and waited for 15 minute. In the meantime I flagged her down so we could order and said we need to leave at 9:50 for an appt. At 9:45 I went to the hostess stand to settle the bill as I thought we would have to leave without our food. At 9:48 our food was served. It looked like my food could have fallen off the plate and then hastily scooped back on it. There was a mess everywhere-french toast and blueberry compote all over the plate. One of the sausages had a small slice of brown strawberry wrapped around it. I couldn't eat it based on looks alone. My daughter had one bite of her food and we left. Really disappointing and a complete last of acknowledgement of the situation.

Pros:

The size and cleanliness of the suite.

Cons:

The large suite we occupied should have been supplied with more towels and utensils for the wet bar area. The chairs we all uncomfortable.

Okay
Pros:

The location was excellent

Cons:

It is dog friendly and there were 2 dogs barking a lot on our floor the first night. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors easily . We thought it expensive for what the hotel offered

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

Fantastic property, modern inside, still full of charm. The beds were so comfortable, the TV had netflix, the bathroom had a real mirror light and our room was very spacious.
The lobby has a working fireplace. There is a cute outdoors space… our favorite hotel in Maine!

Special thank you to Kaia at the reception for accommodating an additional night for us and for going above and beyond!!

Cons:

Nothing! It’s wonderful

Excellent employees but subpar bathrooms and breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel has been beautifully remodeled exterior and most of the lobby as well. It is modern and smells wonderful.

Cons:

I did not like the bathrooms. For a hotel like this to not have comfort height toilets and showers instead of
Bathtubs is completely unacceptable. I also did not enjoy the breakfast at all. Although the server was wonderful the quality of the food was not good.
