Pros:

The room is comfortable overall, the breakfast was satisfactory, and the restaurant overall was fine. The location is nice being very close to Metro station, and on the busy Hosur Road.

Cons:

Lightening in the room was poor, the bathrooms are tiny, the water pressure in the shower is poor.
Common ironing facility on the floor is not very convenient.

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile e paziente, molti servizi offerti: pulizia della camera impeccabile, lavanderia, ferro da stiro, servizio cibo in camera a qualsiasi orario, cambio valuta.

Cons:

Prezzo alto per la posizione.
Nonostante sia una catena mondiale fornisce solo colazione autoctona, la macchinetta del caffè era spesso rotta.
La cena con buffet aveva un prezzo molto elevato. Servizio molto lento.

Personale poco chiaro e trasparente, se mangi e bevi in hotel ti dicono un prezzo senza dirti dell’aggiunta delle tasse, di conseguenza paghi di più.
