Please note that from January 6th until approximately mid-August, one of the dining rooms on the ground floor will be renovated.
Work will take place from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and is optically separated.
However, disturbances may occur. The hotel operations, the restaurant and wellness area are not affected by the work.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Ich war schon mal hier und damals war ich ehrlich gesagt nicht wirklich zufrieden. Diesmal wollte ich dem Hotel noch eine Chance geben und ich bin echt froh, dass ich das gemacht habe. Es hat sich richtig was verändert. Alles war sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und man hat sich einfach wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Macht weiter so und danke an das ganze Team

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprach aufgrund der genannten Mängel leider nicht unseren Erwartun
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Leider wurden wir jedoch nicht darüber informiert, dass auf der Terrasse eine Band mit Tanzveranstaltung stattfand. Dadurch war an Erholung nicht zu denken. Zudem blickte unser Zimmer direkt auf die Baustelle.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr gute Frühstück sowie die ausgezeichnete Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. In den Ecken wurde nicht gewischt. Vor den Fenstern war eine Bodenöffnung mit einer Gitterauflage, die nicht vollständig bis zur Mauer abgedeckt war; das Loch wurde durch den Vorhang verdeckt. Zudem war die Schalterabdeckung beim Fenster defekt.

Im Badezimmer liessen sich die Schiebefenster zum Zimmer nicht schliessen, wodurch beim Duschen Wasser ins Zimmer spritzt.

Am Abend gönnten wir uns auf der Terrasse ein Dessert. Das Personal war bereits mit Aufräumarbeiten beschäftigt, weshalb wir etwas warten mussten – das war für uns kein Problem. Als wir anschliessend scherzhaft bemerkten, wir hätten für die Wartezeit einen Espresso gratis verdient, erhielten wir die Antwort: «Ihnen steht kein gratis Kaffee zu.» Diese Reaktion empfanden wir als wenig freundlich und nicht besonders zuvorkommend.

Fantastic food, (not cheap) and building needs a tweak to keep up.
Pros:

Parking arranged for the motorbike, but limited. English spoken and understood well. Great views across the lake. Five star food. And another mention, The Chef is clearly excellent and the food worthy of eating in ever night. bathroom, shower etc works well. Enough storage space. Good lighting and the TV has some English Channels.

Cons:

Some fixtures and fittings in the rooms are looking a little old fashioned/cheap. No tea or coffee facility in the room, but you get a fridge. French style euro socket adapters don't fit Swiss sockets! Pillows are a bit flat. The dance studio adjoining the restaurant can drown out the pipped music. Coffee is not your good Italian stuff.

The staff were pleasant, the indoor pool looked nice although did not use it and it was Lakeside

Cons:

We asked for extra pillows as the ones we had were thin feather pillows. Had to ask 3 times for them to be delivered and eventually we got 1 extra soft, flat pillow. It was quite far from Lucerne and not many dining options. Water sports or some sort of activities would be nice

Delightful hotel, gorgeous setting!
Pros:

Breakfast buffet had all that you could ask for. We sat lakeside under shady trees to enjoy it. Room was comfortable except for being very warm-couldn’t get AC to work. Veranda was outstanding!

Cons:

AC could have worked. Very hot weather.

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer.
Der direkte Zugang zum See.
Der Blick. Vorallem beim Abendessen.
Service und Essen am Abend super.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht ganz soo gut, jedoch gezwungenermassen, da Umbau und sehr warm.
