The location was good for exploring and also only a 15min walk to bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the living area didn't work and despite informing the hotel immediately they didn't resolve the issue for the entire stay. We were told we couldn't move rooms as the hotel was full. They provided a fan but the room temperature remained as 28 degrees which was very uncomfortable for sleeping. The whole situation was poorly handled and when we asked for a partial refund they refused and offered us breakfast on our last day. We would not stay here again. Avoid room 109 as I suspect the A/C is an ongoing issue.

Ottima struttura
Pros:

Ogni anno che ritorno trovo sempre delle migliorie. Appartamento con tutto quello che serve, fornito anche di stoviglie.

Pros:

Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa obsługa. Pokój hotelowy czysty. Śniadania skromne lecz każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel z widokiem na morze.

Cons:

Słabo wyposażony pokój (brak chociażby zwykłego czajnika by wstawić sobie wodę na herbatę/kawę) oraz brak kołdry, nie każdy lubi spać tylko pod kocem.

Struttura moderna e funzionale non lontano da Ostuni
Pros:

Bella struttura, moderna, a pochi passi dal mare. Camera ampia con balcone vista mare e aria condizionata autonoma. Parcheggio in area recintata se libero altrimenti si trova posto anche davanti al residence. Ha anche un servizio lavanderia a pagamento, con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Non lontano da Ostuni e Marina di Ostuni. Consigliato per soggiorni lunghi o brevi.

Gestione delle stanze al piano terra accessibili senza dover passare dalla struttura centrale

Cons:

Struttura troppo vicina al villaggio turistico adiacente che nei weekend tiene la musica a tutto volume oltre la mezzanotte non permettendo agli ospiti di dormire .
Segnalato kit cortesia ma in realtà presente solo una saponetta e non shampoo/bagnoschiuma
