Great facility
Pros:

Good clean space. Beds were comfortable. Great kitchen set up.
Staff had the room warmed up for us upon entry.

A comfortable, well-located base for the self-catering traveller
Pros:

The Graham Apartments are easily accessible from the airport via the Tasman Bridge in your hire car. They make a well located base for the self-catering traveller, located within a kilometre of Coles and Woolworths supermarkets. There are of course numerous dining options along New Town Road as well. Our apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. Although it was cold outside, the heat lamp in the bathroom, the electric blanket on our comfortable bed, and the split system in the living area kept us nice and warm.

Though office hours at weekends are limited, a key drop system is provided. Communication with management was easy and effective. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation
Pros:

This was my 2nd stay at Graham Apartments, and I would highly recommend it.

The staff are very welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. There's plenty of parking on site, as well as the playground out the front if you're travelling with children. Our room also had a kitchenette with all the usual appliances, which is useful when you just feel like cooking for yourself.

There's plenty of good restaurant options as well as a shopping center within walking distance. Additionally, the Hobart CBD is only a short 10 minute drive away.

It was a good stay but it would have been wonderful if we had a heater in each room.

There is no heating provided in each room. There is only one Air condition in the living. Electric blankets only helped when we sleep.
