Tiene una muy buena ubicación

Cons:

La hora del desayuno es un poco caótica. No encontrábamos mesa, los productos se agotan fácil y hay que esperar mucho tiempo para que los saquen de nuevo o simplemente dicen que se acabaron, aunque falte mucho tiempo para que termine la hora del desayuno.

En cuanto a la noche, hay mucho ruido y a veces hacen fiestas en el salon del hotel y cuando abren las puertas del salon, el ruido se escucha muy fuerte en las habitaciones.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

Overall the hotel is excellent! Staff, room, pool area, restaurant, food options, very clean. There is a convenience store across the street and a famous night club around the corner. Many food options around.

Cons:

The beds are a bit hard for my liking but very clean sheets and room overall.

El mejor Hotel de ese sector, bueno para la familia

La atencion del personal es super amable y siempre atentos a solucionar cualquier inquietud, el desayuno es tipo bufet, son muy generosos, ofrecen gran variedad, frutas, chicharrón, albóndigas, cereales, huevos revueltos, pan, chocolate, la piscina muy chevere, el parqueo muy bueno y la seguridad del sector es muy buena. Pensamos pasar una sola noche, pero decidimos pasar otra noche

En mi reserva pedí una habitacion para 3 personas con 3 camas individuales, (en Booking esta la opcion con 3 camas), (dos camas de la habitacion tenian 2 almohadas, una toalla, una sabana y una cobija, en cambio la adicional no tenía cabecera, una sola almohada y una sabana), al reclamar me dijeron que en realidad ellos manejan las habitaciones de esa forma (En las fotos aparecen así como ellos decían, pero yo no me fije IGUAL SE PORTARON MUY AMABLES Y DISPUESTOS A MIRAR.
