Fijn verblijf op een toplocatie
Pros:

De locatie was perfect, de kamers heel schoon en hadden precies alles wat je nodig hebt (van thee en koffie op de kamer tot airco/dubbel glas, genoeg handdoeken, fijne douche). Vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt. We komen hier graag nog eens terug

Kleines schönes Zimmer mit gutem Frühstück, Fahrräder in einem Raum mit Steckdose im Hotel.

Prima hotel, goede prijs-kwaliteit
Pros:

Fantastische locatie, hartje Ieper. Nette kamers. Vriendelijke receptioniste met goede tips voor eten en drinken in de buurt.

Cons:

Kleine details: het bed was iets te hard naar mijn smaak (maar dat is heel persoonlijk) en het is jammer dat je echt alleen tussen 15 en 18 uur kunt inchecken. Ik zat nu vanaf 14.40 uur te wachten, met steeds meer mensen, en een receptie die pas een paar minuten na 3 weer bemand was. Inchecken vanaf 15uur staat echter duidelijk aangegeven, ik kon een paar uur eerder al wel mijn bagage achterlaten en verder werd ik steeds snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Kleine details dus, ik zou hier zeker vaker verblijven!

As always - an enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location, staff as ever very helpful and friendly. I always enjoy staying here as a result of the staff. Updated rooms are nicely finished compared to previous rooms I have stayed in. On street parking right outside was helpful. Breakfast is simple but plentiful. Just what I need.

Great location overlooking the market place. Prefect for all town centre shops and facilities. Great staff very helpful and friendly.
Good size rooms with air-conditioning.

Cons:

Only down side was not having a car park. But on saying that lots of on street parking.

You couldn't get a better location
Pros:

Excellent location close to restaurants and museums. Both the hotel and parking were also easy to find. I use a lightweight mobility scooter and had no issues accessing the hotel, using the lift or any of the facilities. Breakfast and breakfast room also excellent and the staff at reception and breakfast both friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing - but what I miss most when I'm travelling is a comfortable armchair.
