Great hotel and great location. Lovely rooms and facilities and staff were very welcoming.
Breakfast (service) experience was ever so slightly disappointing.
Not special. Pastries poor quality. Charging for breakfast coffee as an extra. Staff helpful and pleasant. We were given a very good room on second night after being in the attic room on arrival

Staff were very good.
Outdoor bar and eating were excellent in the heat.
Location great for touring the Cotswolds.
When there was a wedding it kind of took over the whole hotel.
Excellent all round- comfortable, quiet and very good breakfast.
Room, breakfast and ambience
Breakfast VG room very comfortable restaurant good menu

Nothing
The attention to detail, the personal approach of staff, the buildings and gardens, the surrounding scenery. And they even have ev-charging!
Nothing
Great location. Beautiful old English hotel. Excellent breakfast
Unfortunately it was a very hot few days and there is no air conditioning what you would expect at this price. The room only had a very poor fan and the windows could not be opened properly as they had locks on them. Breakfast was a little understaffed but food was excellent Wifi poor.
Location and ambience
Very hot
Very good location and hotel
Little bit to hot , no air conditioning
location
Breakfast egg bacon but some days only one egg but others two sounds picky but better with two.
Location is excellent and room was good but because it was a Saturday it was expensive.
Breakfast service extremely slow. I've experienced this before and it lets the place down. This morning I asked for some toast - it took three separate requests and a wait of approx 20 minutes to get a slice of toast. Same with coffee and tea, both of which took some time to arrive. The breakfast room was not full and we got the impression the staff were coming to the end of their shift and were either tired or had lost interest in serving customers.
The staff at reception and at breakfast were lovely.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished.
It was the middle of a heatwave and put small room was on the top floor, it would have been nice if the window was open and shades closed to cool the room. There was a fan so we put that on.
Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast and big garden
