Superb location. Evening meal outside as visited during hot weather and had a fantastic evening. Lovely room. Will return to experience hotel in autumn/winter to experience different seasons.
Nothing. Everything was fine and as expected having stayed at another hotel in same group.
The hotel is in a lovely location with great views. A hotel full of character and kept spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and quietly efficient. A great choice of breakfast. This is definitely a hotel we will return to when we visit Stroud again.
I cannot fault the hotel.
Full of character, good quality furnishings, lovely staff and in a great setting.
Excellent location for the area with comfortable rooms. Lovely quality food for dinner and breakfast served by a friendly welcoming team.
La décoration et le personnel très sympathique et serviable
Rien
Just a superb stay all round the bar outside the outside seating was perfect for the sunny day we had
Evening meal - very nice
Location. The suite itself. Not the bathroom which had a grubby base and the sink had poor drainage.
No aircon which was advertised on booking.com at the time we booked. We complained at reception and it now says a fan! If that had been made clear at booking we would never have booked! . As it has been a very hot summer that was one of our main search criteria. It made for a miserable stay especially as the windows had restrictions on them that only allowed about an inch! The bathroom was shabby and the bath was very grubby so I could only have shower. Not 4 star.
Lovely location but should have looked into it more as there were steps everywhere. Shower was over the bath which was ok for me but my husband could not access the bath due to problems with his mobility.

Quiet location
Room was immaculate
Food was excellent
Staff were courteous and friendly
Loads of parking
There was nothing to not like
Bell'atmosfera, colazione ottima.
Stanza molto bella.
Letto matrimoniale un pò stretto, e purtroppo al posto della doccia era presente la vasca
Lovely building, pleasant staff
We were put in rather a hot room at the top— I do not recommend this for summer. We spent too much money on the food— the pork was excellent but the Sunday roast was tasteless, with chewy fatty beef, surprising considering all the cows wondering around
Superb location and lovely building. Great rooms. Quiet and clean. Great coffee machine.
