Pros:

The Villa Hotel is a family run establishment. Rebecca and the children are very friendly and helpful. There is secure on site parking.

Excellent location and a great stay
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the main attractions and everything was within easy reach. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Fantastic hosts. Place was easy to get to and in an excellent location. The hotel was clean and tidy. Room was a good size, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we had lovely big windows at the front of the hotel and could see the promenade. We had free parking, and breakfast, the breakfast was fantastic and cooked to order. The dining area was clean and well stocked with a variety of choices. Rebecca and Mike and the kids were wonderful throughout our stay very polite and helpful. We were literally next to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle swimming pool and very close to the South pier. Tram stops only a few yards away and there was a good restaurant within yards of the hotel which was very convenient for food, but there were plenty of other options.

Cons:

The only thing I would mention and this isn't the fault of the owners was the tight squeeze to get into the car park at the back. But both Rebecca and Mike were fantastic guiding us through the space.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Helpful and accommodating. Sea view a lovely surprise.. Close to seafront. Car park was a bonus. Breakfast was very good.

Some residents who came in about 11 o’clock were very noisy and woke us up, they were extremely loud. This isn’t the fault of the hotel owners though! x

Staff were very polite and Rebecca was so helpful with everything we asked her.
Pros:

It wasn’t far from the beach and all the sightseeing places were a 15 minute walk or a tram ride. It was so close to the pleasure beach plus the local weatherspoons pub.

Cons:

There was a heater in the room but it was a very hot day. We would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it was very hot.

Pros:

I liked that we was greeted on arrivel and staff was ver attentive in helping getting parked and explaining everything with breakfast and getting in and out .i also like the room lay out perfect for our one night stay had everything needed .
