Wonderful stay, down to earth and friendly, would recommend

The communication before we arrived was fantastic. They checked in with us with regards to arrival times for parking .Mike and Rebecca are such a lovely couple and the kids are so nice , very polite and such a lovely family. The bedroom we had was spotlessly clean amd the bed was so comfortable. As for the breakfast we had the cereal , toast and full cooked breakfast which was fantastic . Massive thank you for having us . 100% recommend anyone coming to Blackpool to stay here.

Great Location, budget friendly!
Pros:

Fantastic Location! Pleasure Beach a couple of minutes walk away

Cons:

Unfortunately the tv didn’t work, was just showing a white blank screen and the hot tap in the bathroom ran cold. But otherwise a pleasant stay and good value for money!

Location was perfect for the pleasure beach. Rooms very clean and great breakfast included. The owners were very friendly, helpful and accommodating with everything. Great little find

A great base for our weekend.
Pros:

Great location.
Parking on site.
Really friendly and helpful staff.
Very comfy beds.
Spot on breakfast.

Cons:

If we had to be picky, no wardrobes, just wall hangars. OK for one night stay, not two or more.
Shower in second nights room was very small, but I am 6'5".
Nothing that would put us off staying again
