Bed wasn't very comfy
The stay was amazing and breakfast was really gd only downfall was the comfort of the bed if only I brought mattresses topper 10/10 of comfort and stay 10/10 for everything else deffos stay again.

Close to seafront. Breakfast good.
Room was smallest ever been in. Tired decoration. No where to hang coats or put bags. Curtains let light in. Bedding felt damp.
Lovely warm welcome despite us arriving late
Great communication throughout with different queries. Ideal location for us . Room was very clean beds comfy . Had 2 slight issues which were rectified straight away . Breakfast vast choice and was served hot . .love that this a family establishment and the whole family chips in . We we definitely be back soon if you have availability . Only nit pick I like crumpets but there was plenty of alternatives and prefer Yorkshire tea which I had at breakfast but Pg tips in the room . Again just a nit pick to my personal choice .

The couple who run it are lovely. Very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night. Breakfast was fab. Rooms were basic but very clean and comfy.
Our bathroom was so tiny you had to leave the door open but the real issue was the parking. Very narrow entry to a very tiny car park . To be fair, the owner guided you in and out but it was a worry once the car was in as to whether you could get it out without scraping it !
Everything .Breakfast great .we got upgraded to a bigger room which was clean and shower was lovely .we had walked out of another hotel and booked this one which was way better .

Lovely and clean! Bed was very comfortable. The family who run The Villa Hotel were nice and friendly. Rooms have everything you need. Breakfast was lovely. 💕

Location and price, lots of choice at breakfast.
We had friends staying in a different hotel and came back with us for a last drink, we was very quiet as it was about 10.30 and I got a rude message for them saying that our friends had to leave immediately or book a room. Also I had to ask about breakfast as I wasn’t given any information about how that worked and needed to pre order. Check in was only at 4pm so we had to carry our bags around with us as we couldn’t even just drop them off, they said they didn’t offer that service.
The Villa Hotel is a family run establishment. Rebecca and the children are very friendly and helpful. There is secure on site parking.
Clean and spotless
Excellent location, very close to the main attractions and everything was within easy reach. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, and we really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing, everything was great.
Fantastic hosts. Place was easy to get to and in an excellent location. The hotel was clean and tidy. Room was a good size, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we had lovely big windows at the front of the hotel and could see the promenade. We had free parking, and breakfast, the breakfast was fantastic and cooked to order. The dining area was clean and well stocked with a variety of choices. Rebecca and Mike and the kids were wonderful throughout our stay very polite and helpful. We were literally next to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle swimming pool and very close to the South pier. Tram stops only a few yards away and there was a good restaurant within yards of the hotel which was very convenient for food, but there were plenty of other options.
The only thing I would mention and this isn't the fault of the owners was the tight squeeze to get into the car park at the back. But both Rebecca and Mike were fantastic guiding us through the space.
