Prima hotel. We zouden er de volgende keer zeker weer boeken.
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een perfecte locatie midden in het centrum. Omdat de receptie en kamers boven de tweede verdieping liggen heb je totaal geen geluidsoverlast. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Perfect movie night in the best hotel room ever!

Honestly?? Probably my best hotel night ever! When I booked the room online, I accidentally booked the cinema room without realising it. When I arrived to the hotel and occupied my room, I was so surprised! It wasn't the usual boring hotel room that I expected. The room had a whole Star Wars wallpaper on the wall, movie posters all around, film director chair, refreshments, a huge TV, PS4 with games and selected movies. After I did my sightseeing in the city, I spent most of my night playing games and watching movies. I never experienced such a cool hotel room like this in my life and surely I will always remember this. Also, staff was very kind and helpful, the room and bathroom were both clean, and the location is perfect too. 10 out of 10! If you travel to Cardiff, come to this hotel and book this room! You will not regret it!

It was sad to leave in the morning. I'd love to stay for a few more nights!

Hôtel très agréable en plein centre-ville de Cardiff !
Pros:

Le bâtiment où se trouve l'hôtel est charmant et l'emplacement central dans Cardiff, dans un quartier dynamique et safe à 5 min à pied de la gare.
La chambre est très spacieuse et bien équipée (bouilloire, thé et café, fer et planche à repasser, sèche cheveux, meuble de rangement, TV).
Le lit queen size est très confortable, le personnel à l'accueil est accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

La salle de bain n'était pas nickel (quelques cheveux dans la baignoire à notre arrivée).
Nous aurions aimé pouvoir ne pas changer de serviettes de bain chaque jour. Ce n'est vraiment pas nécessaire que ce soit automatique pour un séjour de quelques jours.
Même au septième étage, on entend le bruit de la vie nocturne dans la rue, alors demandez bien une chambre calme si vous souhaitez un silence complet.

Nous avions déjà apprécié notre premier séjour de quelques jours dans cet hôtel du centre-ville de Cardiff, mais la chambre double supérieure est encore plus confortable et agréable que la standard.
Le personnel est toujours disponible et de bon conseil.
La literie est de très bonne qualité, la chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée.
Le positionnement de la chambre dont les fenêtres donnaient sur une rue calme nous a permis de passer deux nuits loin du tumulte nocturne.
La salle de bain équipée d'une baignoire et les peignoirs constituent un plus.

Cons:

Il faudrait pouvoir choisir de renouveler ses serviettes de toilette plutôt que de les changer automatiquement chaque jour. Pour un séjour de quelques jours, ce n'est pas nécessaire et cela permettrait de faire des économies d'énergie. :)

Perfect location, secure hotel, lovely rooms.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were unable to get into our room which was a triple. We were them split into separate rooms not near to eachother which when you go as a small group, was disappointing as we wanted to get ready to go out together and have a bit of fun. The staff were OK but not very apologetic which spoilt things a little. I would however go back again purely for the location.

Unfortunately the lifts seemed to be an issue as there is only one, luckily we were only on the third floor so used the stairs, the shower didn’t get hot so had to have a cold shower in the morning explained to reception but the attitude was oh dear we will take a look at it!! No apologies or remorse about the problem.

Das Hotel lag superzentral.

Cons:

Man konnte den Duschkopf nicht in die Hand nehmen.
Das Hotel hat mit einem benachbarten Restaurant einen Deal über Rabatte. Das man als Alleinreisender/-speisender dort zu bestimmten Zeiten nicht eingelassen wird, wurde vom Hotel nicht kommuniziert.
