Alla reception dovrebbero avere un po più di pazienza e sopratutto se la lingua internazionale é l inglese e parlo in inglese , mi aspetto che mi si risponda in inglese

Ubicación e instalaciones perfectas para una escala en Barajas
Pros:

Lo mejor de este hotel es, sin duda, su excelente ubicación estratégica si necesitas estar cerca de Barajas, ya que se encuentra a apenas unos minutos en coche de las terminales. Además, resulta muy cómodo para moverse en transporte público porque la estación de Metro de Barajas queda a un corto paseo a pie, permitiendo llegar rápido al centro de Madrid. También es un punto ideal si se viaja por eventos o negocios debido a su cercanía a los recintos feriales de IFEMA y al estadio Riyadh Air Metropolitano. En cuanto a la estancia, la habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era cómoda.

Cons:

El hotel se siente algo aislado en su entorno inmediato. De todos modos, esto no llega a ser un súper inconveniente si tu plan es simplemente hacer una escala corta por la noche para descansar o si vas de paso para asistir a algún evento en la zona.

Ótimo hotel pra quem tem pressa de embarcar.
Pros:

Acomodação boa e limpa.

Cons:

Não teve, pois só passei algumas horas pra pegar meu voo . Escolhi por ser perto do aeroporto.

Great hotel very close to the airport and with great connection to the city center via metro (Barajas station is like 5mins away on foot). Staff was awesome, very welcoming and kept the hotel spotless! We will come back for sure! 🙂
