Pros:

Excellent location, on the beachfront, the sea-view room came with a balcony small table and 2 chairs. The air conditioning worked a treat. The staff (only saw one person during our 4 day stay) was extremely helpful, always asking if we needed anything.

Cons:

The building could do with some work, for example, a huge chunk of plaster and concrete was missing from the balcony directly above. Bits and pieces missing from the steps leading from the ground to 1st floor.

Pros:

Great and friendly owner, easy to communicate with and happy to help when needed. Great location, nice little park nearby as well as great beach, shops near as well. Awesome view if you have the "towards the sea" side, really nice.

Cons:

Loud main road just in front, and the room+bathroom is very small (honestly, that's mostly fine, though even a small dog would definitely want more space). Could definitely use some renovations, but if you don't expect anything special, it's honestly great just because of the good location.

Pros:

Prime position - overlooking sea and beaches. Bus and tram very close. Host is so helpful with assisting with microwave and coffee etc.

Cons:

Toilet area was a little tight in our room.

Rien sauf la gentillesse du réceptionniste

Cons:

Bruit ( donne sur aéroport, bruit voiture jour et nuit) saleté, emplacement, literie trés inconfortable . Comme j’ai changer d’hôtel après une nuit, j’ai demandé à être au moins en partie remboursé. Ce qui m’a été refusée.A fuir.

Easy transportation connections to the city center and old town.
Aircon.
The owner was helpful and available all the time.
The room was big enough.
The cost wasn't that expensive. Real value for money?
