Pros:

Prime position - overlooking sea and beaches. Bus and tram very close. Host is so helpful with assisting with microwave and coffee etc.

Cons:

Toilet area was a little tight in our room.

Rien sauf la gentillesse du réceptionniste

Cons:

Bruit ( donne sur aéroport, bruit voiture jour et nuit) saleté, emplacement, literie trés inconfortable . Comme j’ai changer d’hôtel après une nuit, j’ai demandé à être au moins en partie remboursé. Ce qui m’a été refusée.A fuir.

Unzumutbare Unterkunft, die wir noch am Ankunftstag verlassen mussten – und ein ebenso enttäuschender Umgang mit der Bes

Leider nichts. Wir haben die Unterkunft noch am selben Abend wieder verlassen, weil sie für uns in diesem Zustand nicht bewohnbar war.

Cons:

Diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die schlechteste, die wir je über Booking.com gebucht haben. Bereits beim Betreten fiel ein unangenehmer Geruch auf. Die Toilette, die Dusche, der Balkon und die Böden waren stark verschmutzt, der Boden war klebrig und überall lagen Haare. Teilweise waren sogar noch Abklebebänder von Malerarbeiten vorhanden. Der allgemeine Zustand der Unterkunft war völlig ungepflegt und entsprach in keiner Weise den Fotos oder dem Standard, den man bei einer Buchung über Booking.com erwarten darf.

Wir haben den Zustand unmittelbar nach unserer Ankunft beanstandet. Eine Lösung wurde uns nicht angeboten, stattdessen wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass wir kein Geld zurückbekommen würden. Da die Unterkunft für uns unzumutbar war, haben wir sie noch am selben Abend verlassen und auf eigene Kosten eine andere Unterkunft gebucht.

Besonders enttäuschend war anschließend auch der Umgang von Booking.com mit unserer Beschwerde. Obwohl wir zahlreiche Fotos als Nachweis haben, wurden diese zunächst überhaupt nicht angefordert oder geprüft. Stattdessen erhielten wir lediglich einen Reisegutschein über 26,82 € für eine zukünftige Buchung. Das empfinde ich bei einer Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse als völlig unangemessen.
