Cons:

I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On one hand, the location, facilities, and overall atmosphere are absolutely perfect. The hotel offers a wonderful environment that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
However, the service regarding basic room maintenance was disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed the shampoo needed refilling. Despite following up for two consecutive days, the request was never addressed, and I eventually checked out without it ever being replenished.
It is a beautiful property, but the lack of attention to simple housekeeping requests was a letdown.
