It ruined my stay. To come back to a filthy carpet everyday was disappointing

It’s a motel. The rug ead so gross. The reservationist said the rooms were renovated /. The furniture was peeling and I didn’t even notice any my dog sitting on the carpet

Definitely will be back to stay again.
Pros:

First location. You honestly can't get any better. The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, trails, everything. It was so easy to get out and explore. The room I stayed in was rustic but very clean. The bed was comfy and I liked being able to park right in front of my room. The staff members I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. I considered staying another night but needed to get back on the road.

Cons:

Honestly, no issues.

A cheap ordinary overpriced motel
Pros:

Location: the lake was across the street, the Commons beach was 10 walking minutes away, Safeway was 15 minutes away, and some nifty restaurants as well

Cons:

I paid $360 for one night of the worst motel stays I've every had. I wouldn’t pay a single dollar more than $100 for that.

It was just a tiny room with disgusting carpet.

They promised to make the baby crib ready before we check in. I had to walk to them and ask for that again after 6pm. They only dropped off the dusty packed Pack n Play with no crib sheet.

It seems like they just depend on their location to get good reviews. Service was ok, floors were filthy.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds, games and lounge areas.

Cons:

The floors were very dirty. They turned our feet black. The latte I ordered at the lobby was cold and the pastries were not worth ordering. Service was ok.
