Comfortable pleasant stay for 2 nights in a quiet part of the city close to public transport.
Pros:

Very poor and won’t be back

I have given the property ample opportunity to respond d to our feedback with no response
1 feedback at reception when we were there
2 via a message via this platform and
3 direct email to the hotel and have given them over a week now and still no response

1 No hot water in shower and we ran it for 3 showers and still cold - hotel reception response ..it is cold outside !!!!
2 Smell from smoking rooms coming through vents and our whole room and mainly bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke
3 wifi did not work in room for tv or phones ..response from reception …yeh it does not work in some rooms

Overall what has gone from a great convenient well priced location for us to stay at regularly is now off the list and won’t be recommending to others as I used to

Good for the location and price
Pros:

Was perfect location for us when having an early morning appointment at Wakefield clinic

Cons:

We arrived at 2.30pm and no one was at reception. We waited atleast 30 minutes with 4 others. We tried ringing the phone but nothing. When the person in charged decided to come down we received no apology or anything. Very bad customer service. In saying that customer service when we left was good. Just don’t check in on a Sunday I guess.

Pros:

Old character building, free parking on weekends and 6pm to 0800 week days. Great rates, spacious rooms

Adabco is specia and uniquel treasure that can only found in Adelaide. A gem!
Pros:

Everything! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the most friendly and helpful staff. We arrived with bike, always awkward . The concierges anticipated every need we had and we felt at home.

Cons:

Nothing could have improved our stay. The best value and quality of anywhere. Our third visit and we always recommend to our friends.
