The room was spacious. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. TV was huge and new.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was cool - it was winter. But the A/C wouldn’t heat it, even when raised to 24C; it only produced cool air.
But there was a large spare blanket so I was comfortable.

The cafe breakfast.

Cons:

The location wasn’t in the cbd as stated, there was no parking, the room was adequate, service was requested when we went out - came back at 3.30pm and it was in the process of being done! Breakfast wasn’t on the property - was at a cafe that was the best thing about the stay. The use of the word boutique should have to be qualified, it wasn’t boutique as I understand the word.

The location is great and the venue has all you need with large comfortable lounge areas and common use kitchen facility.

Cons:

The air con was not working and it was very cold in the room, they provided a radiator. The TV did not work, fixed on day 3. They fixed promptly when advised

Good value, good location in nice older building.
Pros:

Staff helpful and friendly. Large room with window that could open. Kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Tv had problems, water was not super hot all the time and the bed could have been firmer.
