Buona struttura per qualità prezzo. Posizione semi centrale
Pros:

Personale molto disponibile e struttura adeguata. Sono presenti anche due cucine, pulite, e una lavanderia.

Cons:

La colazione non è dentro l’hotel ma in un locale a pochi minuti di distanza, colazione ottima ma sarebbe meglio specificarlo al momento della prenotazione, per chi come noi cercava la comodità di fare colazione senza lasciare l’hotel.

Best value Hotel iv stayed in 5 Star
Pros:

Was not expecting a lot as the price was super cheap, how wrong was I. Excellent hotel, amazing staff, cleanest place iv ever stayed, bed was amazing. Loved everything about this hotel.

Ok .. but bring a cool fan.. you'll need it.
Pros:

Location close to things in CBD. Was quiet overnight.
Text from reception with instructions if arriving late but got there in time. Was cool and nice in reception and ground floor.

Cons:

Parking not easy. Paid parking on Wakefield St starts at 8am
Air Conditioning was terrible. Was a warm night and would blow 5 secs of cool air then just the fan for 5 mins. Did not sleep well. Slept on top of bed. Too hot to get under.
Funny smell in corridors and rooms.. couldn't work out what though.

Not boutique.
Pros:

Large room with twin comfortable beds.

Cons:

Boutique appears to be an euphemism for “old”.
The accomodation was reminiscent of a 1970s boarding house.
No parking,no Wifi,no information on facilities when checking in,not what you are looking forward to at the end of a long interstate drive.

Pros:

This is such a charming, older-style hotel, just a short walk from so many of Adelaide’s CBD attractions. The room is clean, well-lit and wonderfully spacious, and the bed extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little musty - but that didn’t detract from my very pleasant six-night stay.

Comfortable stay in Adelaide en route to Alice Springs with great breakfast
Pros:

It was a bit of a shame to have to change locations for breakfast, however the breakfast at the Greek restaurant was outstanding, so in fact it was a real bonus to get the paid breakfast. Dream was verycomfortable and quiet.

Parking
Needed to walk 10 minutes to the parking area, although good that there was an arrangement overnight parking to be cheaper than usual
