Will definitely stay again when I visit Adelaide.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. I didn't have much interaction with staff but they were friendly and polite when I did. Very spacious, comfortable room which had everything I needed for my short stay. Excellent location within easy walking distance to the city centre.

Cons:

Nothing to fault.

Pros:

Good location, bottled water, milk and snacks on arrival
Nice decor, clean room
Plenty of towels
The staff were lovely
Comfortable bed

Cons:

I asked for a room with a bath and had confirmation of my request-not provided
There was black mould on the grout in the shower (easily fixed with a bleach cleanser) and the shower pipes made a loud noise when the water was running
My tv kept freezing, I couldn’t get Netflix (despite advertising that it was available) and when I enquired why was informed my room didn’t have the necessary wifi connection

Cold but otherwise good
Pros:

Cons:

I was cold. Only one blanket. I ended up turning on the air con at 3 am, but would not normally think to do that

Old Hotel. Only Basic amenities, TV had a problem and air-conditioning didn't work very well.

Cold showers, bed bugs. More a hostel than a boutique hotel
Pros:

Not a bad location although still a bit of a walk to anything worthwhile

Cons:

Shower ran cold most of the time, bitten by bed bugs, room much smaller than it appears in the photos, random communal kitchen.
