Precisa melhorar as camas , + conforto nas instalações , o café da manhã poderia ser mais diversificado usando batata doce , macaxeira , croissants, frutas de época , sempre a mesmas coisas !!!

Seria quase perfeita se nao tivesse o problema com o som que fica ligado em frente ao hotel
Pros:

A Localização do hotel é perfeita, as instalações ótimas, limpas e o Check in muito rapido e agilizado.

Cons:

O que muda a estadia de nota 9 para nota 2 é que aos finais de semana, uma loja que fica em frente ao hotel liga um som que nao deixa você descansar, é infernal. Os travesseiros muito moles.

Cons:

Hice un upgrade, 300 y pico de dólares por día. Toallas deshilachadas, sin zapatillas en el dormitorio, entrada al hotel con escalera sin rampa para discapacitados, ascensores con puertas rayadas y descuidadas.

Great hotel at the best location possible
Pros:

Location, location, location. The hotel has a recent renovation, my room was new, super spacious and with a smooth classy decor, loved it. The hotel is like a boutique hotel, very calm and discret with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast has not a big variety, but very good quality in a nice dining room.
Definetely I will be staying here again when in Sao Paulo.

Cons:

The Internet could be much better, but as I have unlimited mobile data didn’t affect my experience.
