Run away
Pros:

Location is great, close to city center and lots of options around it.

Cons:

Room is a mess, electricity wires exposed, dirty frigobar and floor, towels that seamed used. Definitely not worth the price.

Boa estadia!
Pros:

Somos uma família de 4, sendo 2 adultos e 2 filhos já adolescentes. O Swan atende perfeitamente a nossa família com excelentes acomodações. O custo benefício também é muito bom e o café da manhã nos satisfaz. As instalações estão um pouco desgastadas, precisaria de alguma manutenção, mas nada que prejudique a estadia ou que nos impeça de voltar a se hospedar lá.

Cons:

Camas confortáveis, quartos amplos e com espaço suficiente pra nós 4.

Cons:

As refeições no hotel: a janta não era boa, o café da manhã com poucas opções. No quarto o colchão de casal era horrível, mto macio, ou era mto usado ou de baixa qualidade. Até solicitamos a troca do colchão, mas nos foi informado que não seria possível, pq todos os colchões eram iguais

Pros:

A localização realmente é ótima. Os trabalhadores foram atenciosos e demonstraram dedicação. Fora isso, nada mais.

Cons:

Café da manhã ruim servido num ambiente inapropriado. Embora tenham sido resolvidos, problemas no ar condicionado e no aquecimento do chuveiro numa dia muito frio geraram uma experiência ruim. O quarto não é nada aconchegante. Tudo isso ainda com um preço salgado.

Excelente custo-benefício
Pros:

A hospedagem foi ótima! A localização é excelente, próximo de várias farmácias e restaurantes, além de ser um local meio central de tudo que visitei na cidade. O quarto estava bem limpo e confortável, espaço amplo, o que foi ótimo. Acabamos não utilizando a cozinha compartilhada ,e o mercadinho, mas achei legal ter essas comodidades.

Cons:

A única coisa que posso falar é a torneira do lavatório que não estava funcionando com água quente.
