Convenient location right in the heart of a local shopping district and transport interchange.
Pros:

Super close to Totsuka station with its extensive shopping precinct, this was our second stay. We chose the largest room size (our room was number 720) and we had room for our large clamshell suitcases to remain open. Everything was still fresh and new-looking and although twin beds they were super comfy. Buffet breakfast changed daily and provided a much-needed espresso machine for self-serve morning heart-starter. Laundry is on the lobby level, although we looked in we decided to use our time for exploring the shops.

Cons:

Nothing to add here.

Comfortable room conveniently located in Totsuka
Pros:

Convenient location among shopping area and very close to Totsuka station. Great breakfast with variety of western and Japanese food selections. Espresso machine available, which is a great find in Japan! This hotel has the largest size rooms we could find in the area. Also a washing machine is available for guests.

Cons:

Nothing to report, in context of normal hotel accommodation in Japan, this was a very good hotel
