Pros:

Le personnel d’hôtel était très accueillant, l’emplacement était vraiment super, très proche de la Sugamo station et d’un FamilyMart.

Good price for a private room in Tokyo
Pros:

The room was very clean, a bit small but to be expected. The location isn’t too close to many attractions; however, it was located close to the Yamanode line and was about a 20-30 minute commute to all of the main tourist attractions. I like how the neighborhood wasn’t too busy, felt very safe.

Cons:

The walls are thin so you can hear the people next door if they’re loud, heard someone lightly snoring at night.
