Honest review
Pros:

The location is strategic, just next to Mint Kobe. Good for shopping, especially On Running shoes which is a level 6. The train station is just behind the hotel and commuting around is easy. The airport limousine stops a few steps away from the hotel too, making transportation from airport to hotel easy and hassle free. Hotel breakfast starts punctually ay 7am and menu changes daily.

Cons:

1. The construction in front of the hotel.
2. Male staff at counter that doesnt speak English but was still helpful.
3. Carpet in the room is very dusty

朝食付きで、神戸の美味しいパンがいっぱい食べられて良かったです。
バスターミナルのすぐ側なのも良いです。

禁煙なのにお部屋にちょっと匂いが、残ってたのが気になりました。

Pros:

아침 뷔페 식사가 맛있어서 굉장히 만족했음. 숙박 당시 호텔 입구 쪽에서 공사를 하고 있어서 교통 통제 때문에 호텔 접근이 조금 불편하였으나 호텔 위치 자체는 굉장히 좋음. 객실이 생각보다 넓어서 가성비가 좋음. 고베에 또 간다면 다시 숙박할 것임.

施工期間行李特別多的人最好不要住這裡。因為不會得到幫助。

因為帶小孩，所以行李特別多。請櫃檯幫忙叫計程車被直接拒絕，原因是因為外面在施工不方便幫忙叫！然後叫我到車站去搭車…後來我自己拖著行李走了3趟到對面，用app叫車的。

Pros:

行きたい場所を何回か伺ったのですが、いつも、地図を出して丁寧に説明してくださり、とても良くわかりました。また、外出から帰り、冷蔵庫の下に水がたまっているのにきづいて連絡した時も、すぐに対応してくださいました。←扉がきちんとしまっていなかった可能性が高かったです(T_T)。
チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に荷物を預かっていただくことに関しても、親切に、スムーズに対応していただきました。

Cons:

ホテルのせいでは全くないのですが、神戸市の大規模な工事のため、ホテルに向かう道がとても狭くなっていて、道路も使えないところがあり不便でした。予約時にこのような状況であることを教えておいていただけるとよかったと思いました。マイナスのこともオープンにしていただければと思います。
