Pros:

A vista do quarto era muito linda, de frente pro mar! Funcionários muito queridos, cordiais e prestativos.
Além disso, localização muito boa, à apenas alguns passos da praia e com restaurantes, mercadinho e farmácias próximos.

Cons:

Apesar da vista linda, o quarto era muito quente (só mesmo com AC ligado o tempo todo para aguentar). O AC era ruidoso, infelizmente. No Banheiro, os ralos pareciam um pouco entupidos. Música alta na piscina quase o tempo todo, acabei nem indo na piscina por conta disso...

Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da escadaria de Ponta Negra. Tivemos um problema com o quarto e a equipe nos ajudou a resolver. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

Nós já havíamos ficado anteriormente no hotel e sentimos falta de ter suco de cajá ou caju no café da manhã, que tinha da outra vez.

Sanitário e pia do banheiro com problemas, quarto inundado após limpeza e café da manhã muito fraco, além de cobrarem por tudo, como um simples garfo ao ser solicitado.
