Flughafennähe, mir fehlte ein attraktiver Aufenthaltsbereich
Pros:

Nettes Personal, saubere Wohnanlage, sehr netter Sicherheitsdienst/ Portier. Frühstück a la carte. Netter Innengarten, Nähe zum Flughafen. Der Umgang mit den Gästen ist förmlich-höflich.

Cons:

Ich war früh dran und hatte gehofft auf der Anlage einige Stunden zum Check-in verbringen zu können. Die Aufenthaltsbereiche außen empfand ich allerdings als wenig einladend. Der innenliegende Garten ist zwar hübsch, allerdings gibt es keine Gelegenheiten zum Verweilen/ kein Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Dachterrasse vermitteln eher das Gefühl im Café/ Restaurant zu warten.
Die Preise des Restaurants und des Wellness-Bereiches waren hoch. Ich habe diese deshalb nicht in Anspruch genommen.
Das Zimmer war Standard, aber erfüllte seinen Zweck, für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Perfect Hotel for an Overnight Stay between Flights
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Slept very well. Clean, quiet and comfortable
Staff very pleasant.

Cons:

We have stayed here before and had a beautiful, large room. This time we had a room in the annex, up a spiral staircase. The room had everything we needed but we were spoilt last time.

Highly recomended!
Pros:

The room is wonderful. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. excellent shower. The stuff was great and very helpful. We stayed two nights and we loved it!

Cons:

The restaurant is pricy. We preffared to eat outside.

Cute Boutique Hotel in Zone 10
Pros:

Very cute boutique hotel in Zona 10 - near the Oakland Place mall, which is great during a rainy afternoon, or if you forgot to pack something. The mall also had a huge grocery store, which was nice to grab bottled water & snacks. My room rate included breakfast, which was VERY good and I enjoyed each morning at the rooftop restaurant. It was also nice having an on-site restaurant available since I got in so late my first night (but before the restaurant closed at 10pm). The hotel staff was also very kind and helped me immensely with my late (8pm) arrival into GUA -- was nice having someone there to pick me up after a long day of travel and safely take me to the hotel. My room itself was very cozy - nice comfy bed, hot water in the shower, and elevated bath amenities. The location seemed nice, but I wasn't there long enough to truly explore Zona 10 itself.
