Teleurgesteld!
Pros:

Lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Gratis luchthavenshuttle is helemaal niet gratis zoals op de site vermeld staat. Voor 8u am en na 6u pm is er een toeslag van 13 dollar. Bij aankomst bleek er een vergissing en werd de extra kost 25 dollar. Ik was akkoord gegaan met de 13 dollar, dus uiteindelijk dat bedrag betaald. Ware het niet dat we een late aankomst hadden, was ik met dat bedrag ook niet akkoord gegaan wegens niet zo online vermeld.
Volgende ochtend hadden we terug een shuttle nodig binnen de gratis uren. Ook hier wilde men 25 dollar aanrekenen.
Aangezien ik niet akkoord ging was de dame in kwestie plots niet meer vriendelijk en kregen we ook niet de gevraagde kamer.
Restaurant open tot 22u. Na late vlucht zijn we om 21u15 nog in het restaurant beland. We konden nog bestellen maar moesten aan een tafel zitten naast de toiletten. Bleek dat na de bediening het restaurant sloot en wij eigenlijk ‘buiten’ zaten. Het personeel ging ook door na het afsluiten van de deur. We mochten verder eten. Vuile borden zullen er vermoedelijk tot de volgende ochtend gestaan hebben.

Una agradable experiencia boutique, aunque con algunos detalles por mejorar

Ubicación conveniente y excelentes instalaciones, con el encanto de un hotel boutique y espacios muy agradables. El desayuno incluido es a la carta y bastante bueno. Los toiletries son de muy buena calidad. En general, el staff fue amable y atento a resolver nuestras dudas.

Cons:

Algunos elementos de la habitación necesitan mantenimiento, especialmente la grifería y la puerta de la ducha. El AC hacía demasiado ruido y fue difícil dormir con él encendido. La insonorización es regular y se escucha bastante el ruido del pasillo.

Leuk hotel voor door te reizen
Pros:

Mooi gebouw en knap ingericht. Zeer lekker ontbijt en al zeer vroeg beschikbaar!

Cons:

We moesten alle info doorgeven voor shuttle van vliegveld tot hotel maar hier werd niet op gereageerd tot dag zelf. Toen vroegen ze of we steeds shuttle wilden en toen we instemden zeiden ze dat ze zich vergist hadden in de prijs en het eigenlijk 25$ iplv 13$ was?! Als je een taxi neemt kostte het 100Q? Dat vond ik niet zo klantvriendelijk.

Excelente atención y ubicación
Pros:

Las instalaciones con jardines y la comida en la terraza.

Cons:

La primera noche nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña y ruidosa junto a la recepción, pero pedimos el cambio y fueron muy atentos.

Nos gustó todo!!! El hotel es precioso, la habitación amplia con camas muy cómodas y el personal es muy amable.
La comida tanto de la cena como del desayuno muy rica.

Estuvimos muy cómodas, sin volvemos a Guatemala repetiremos sin duda.

Location was good but the room was spartan.
Pros:

The room size was great (master suite) and the bed was very comfortable. The location was good for us as we wanted somewhere near both the airport and the Litegua bus stop, and we also wanted to roam around the big shopping mall, which is only a 10 minute walk (good sushi place there too). Lunch at the rooftop bar was good, although wine by the glass had limited options.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the room at all. Not in the shower nor in the sink. I let it run for several minutes before giving up. There were no coffee making facilities - not even a kettle. We had an early start (left before 5am) and a hot shower would have been nice before continuing our journey.

There was a lounge area in front of the TV but no sofa; just a bean bag seat for one person. Also no cups or glasses save for one glass in the bathroom. Very sparsely fitted out.

While lunch at the rooftop bar was good, the wine-by-the-glass options were limited, both in variety and quantity - literally 2 glasses of one wine option after which they ran out saying that only by the bottle was now possible. I went back later that night to find the situation was still the same.

Very good...But..
Pros:

Standard modern room, well furnished but not very spacious for two persons. Modern bathroom.  Very clean. Staff of the  hotel  very helpful.
Nice location of their restaurant on the top,
Breakfast included, various choices...But staff in the restaurant could be more friendly with their clients.
As for diner, very limited choice and not tasty. Yet very good restaurants in the neighborhood.
