Clean, hospitable, and great location
Pros:

The service of the staff was phenomenal. Since Guatemala City is not the safest, we were nervous about staying the night, but La Inmaculada was incredible, from the doorman carrying our bags to a full sit down breakfast the next morning.

Cons:

We did not know the airport shuttle costs extra, so just be aware when arranging travel to and from the airport.

Great safe,quiet and friendly place to stay in Guatemala City.
Pros:

8 min drive from airport so ideal for stopover on way to Antigua having arrived on a late flight. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms large and beds comfy. Rooftop breakfast with a view superb.

La atención del atención, desde recepción y restaurante, hasta los guardias de seguridad. Segundo, la ubicación, el servicio de limpieza, el desayuno y lo hermoso del lugar

Muy buen hotel, y excelente atencion.
Pros:

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena, la atencion del personal, el servicio del desayuno muy buena atencion y bien servido, una gran experiencia en el hotel.

Cons:

Estamos en pleno mundial, creo que es conveniente disponer facilmente de los canales que trnasmiten los partidos.

Una excelente opción, a pesar de estar dentro de la ciudad se siente mucha calma, tiene mucho árbol y te sientes en otro lado, la gente sumamente amable y buena comida.
