Good stay.
Cons:

There was a lot of long hair in my towels and bathroom; I’m assuming from previous guests. That was gross to use the sink and then see someone else’s hair on my bar of soap because I happened to touch the counter while washing my hands.

Excellent stay if you need to get to the airport early. Great amenities and comfort.
Pros:

The room was ample and clean. The bed was comfortable. We ordered room service which seemed to come from a restaurant out in town and was very good. The shuttle service was my main reason for booking the hotel, but all of these other things made it great.

Cons:

The one lady at the front desk was not the kindest to us or to one of the hotel workers. I did not get her name, but I was a bit surprised that she ignored us for quite a bit while we stood in front of her (we were the only people) and that she whispered under her breath, "That girl doesn't understand anything" when she asked a cleaner to check on something. I thought it was quite unprofessional. Other than that tiny incident - everything was fantastic.
