Nice place to stay
Pros:

Room is modern, clean and new. We like to stay in updated rooms and this is perfect. Free parking. A bit away from Bergamo center but if you have a car, it is definitely worth the 25-minute drive. Breakfast is included.

Cons:

Les groupes de jeunes deux nuits de suites hyper bruyant et personne pour faire taire.

Badly washed sheets and horrible air conditioning
Pros:

Parking by the room was convenient, but very tight

Cons:

It seems that the sheets were washed with an over abundance of cleaning product and not properly rinsed out. Within minutes of being in the bed, all my exposed skin was itchy. The itchiness did not go away until after a shower.

Additionally, the air conditioning was dirty and was very loud. I turned it off before going to bed (note: control panel did not have a programming setting, just on/off switch and temp buttons) but it automatically started again around 5am, waking me up.

Between the itchiness from the sheets and the air conditioning, I got just a couple of hours of sleep before giving up and getting out of there.

I also had a high number of insects in the room.

When telling the receptionist about my experience, he did nothing but apologise and offer me a coffee. Not a helpful reaction.

Dimensioni veramente ampie sia della camera che del bagno, presenza di tutti i servizi necessari

Cons:

Finiture camera da migliorare, maleducazione degli ospiti che arrivati verso le 1:30 di notte hanno fatto un casino devastante che ci hanno svegliati tutti

The bathroom had mold on the tiles , bathroom looked old needed a renovation considering the 4 stars, when you flushed the toilet it was so loud we could hear people from upstairs flushing theirs
