Tive uma excelente experiência no hotel. Desde o atendimento, que foi extremamente atencioso e cordial, até toda a estadia, tudo aconteceu de forma impecável. A acomodação estava muito bem cuidada, confortável, organizada e correspondeu totalmente às expectativas. Fiquei muito satisfeita com a experiência e, com certeza, recomendo.

LEJOS EL PEOR ALOJAMIENTO DE MI VIDA.

Nada. Deseamos irnos desde el primer momento pero no nos dieron respuesta.

Fue por lejos fue la PEOR experiencia en cuanto alojamientos de mi vida.
Para empezar, muy cerca del alojamiento se encuentre una DISCOTECA que a los que pretendemos dormir temprano para aprovechar la playa de Pipa se hace imposible por los ruidos molestos. (La música sonaba todos los días hasta las 2am o 4am dependiendo del día) Tuvimos que solicitar un cambio de habitación ya que en la primera (en el piso junto a la piscina) nos dieron una habitación que lindaba con la cocina y se escuchaban el ruido de los platos y hollas al ser lavadas desde muy temprano. (Un infierno)
El departamento dejaba mucho que desear en cuánto a vajilla. Muy mal aislamiento acústico del edificio en general en cuanto el exterior y entre departamentos.
En cuanto al personal no tengo nada que decir, se portaron muy bien con nosotros en especial una chica llamada Thaine.

(Tengo videos donde se escucha el sonido de la discoteca pero no me permite adjuntarlos)
