Everything was excellent.
Pros:

Everything went on smoothly, from the check in to the check out. The Customer care service was good, they helped me with carrying of baggage, they were very friendly and responded on time whenever i needed assistance. The hotel is close to the Tram station, Grand Bazaar, and many shopping areas around it. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom facilities are top notch. I would stay here again and again

Cons:

The breakfast. I wish it was more continental and different over the days. The menu looked the same to me. However, despite this, i enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

Вид из окна на море. Расположение очень хорошее.

Cons:

Кофе ужасный, а потом вообще сломалась кофемашина и его просто не было три дня. К концу завтра пропадал омлет и горячее.

מיזוג נכבה כל הזמן בעיקר בלילות. היו לנו שני חדרים בלי מזגן בכלל ומקררים לא עבדו. בחדר אחד גם מים חמים לא היו במקלחת. הגברת בלובי צעקה עלינו כשהתלוננו על המזגן

על הפנים נאלצנו לעבור מלון אחרי הטרטור והחיפוש אחרי חדר קריר שאפשר לישון בו
