room was comfortable and clean

holiday weekend, so breakfast foods ran out, but were refilled as fast as the staff could get to them
The facility was clean.
Ok. First the other 2 people in my party initially checked in. However when I got there, she said she had to call down to the room to verify that I was able to come down there (despite the room being in my name), they were not even in the room. Second the whirlpool was not as pictured, didn't want to plug, and half the jets didn't work. The phone was just a prop. The pool was closed for maintenance despite calling and asking prior to checking in and being told yes it was open. When I mentioned I wish we would have known since we were told it was open just that morning she told me should have asked at check in and I would have told you no and if thats important go somewhere else. Every time we took a shower it set the smoke detector off. This was the absolute worst stay I ahev ever had. Definitely not worth the money for the room and the front desk was even worse. When maintenance came to fix the plug he told my husband he should have taken apart the plug, no sir that could have prevented our deposit from being returned. The keys were also finicky, not being kept near our phones. She reset the key and it immediately did not want to work.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
The bathtub with jets was freaking awesome and worked wonderful we will be back sometime.

Smelly, musty, run down location, pool closed for maintenance the entire stay with different explanations by staff, elevator led not displaying floor, GFI outlet in bathroom shorted out, poor bathroom ventilation causing slippery hazardous floor,, our party were sneezing at the dustiness, would never stay here again.
The breakfast wasn't great. It tasted like things were out of date or freezer burned.
The only things we enjoyed were the bread items like bagels and toast
