Most staff friendly some not so , but overall a good stay ,
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious

Cons:

Very thin walls between rooms and could hear the snoring from next room also some floor noise from people walking by the rooms

Very pleasant and would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Good location, good facilities. Room was good overall. Shower was good which was appreciated after a long day of travelling.

Cons:

Took my daughter hoping to use pool to find out it’s seasonal(opens October) but that’s not specified on booking.com No microwave in room? Toilet had stains on seats when arrived, glasses in drawer were dirty and good luck trying to sleep when people are walking around on the floors can hear every step.

We stayed three nights in Saint Helens and the panorama was an excellent base to work from

Can recommend this hotel when in St Helens Tasmania
Pros:

The property was lovely and clean with good size rooms, outlook (water view) and a good restaurant with friendly obliging staff. Tee foyer and connecting guest lounges where large and welcoming.

Cons:

Suprised the restaurant didnt have table service, but atleast after ordering they bought the meal to the table. Plenty of open fires everywhere but the only one burning was in the restaurant where only a couple of tables could enjoy.

Unfortunately if you are a smoker you are relegated to the carpark or the front deck of the bar. And they let you know oftern they dont like smokers by all the literature, text sent and signs everywhere. It is a large hotel and the only access from 8pm to 7am is via the front reception and not via the closest doors to your room.

Pros:

Nice facility with good location.
Good offer for dinning

Cons:

We were given the room in farest wing, eventhough hotel was nearly empty. I do understand tgat these romms should be used as well, but to be last room 35 and since 10 no one there seems to me too much.
On the breakfast you pay even for tea, whike tge same one is in your room free of charge, this I dont understand simply.

Overall a good experience, maybe just a couple “convenience” items would help.
Pros:

Close proximity to everything we wanted to explore. Good size room and bathroom.

Cons:

Could do with a couple more basics, like a microwave and toaster. A hair dryer that isn’t stuck the wall would be great too.
