Very friendly, very central, very clean. I'd certainly stay again.
Pros:

Everything was superbly clean and the out-of-hours self-check-in was very straightforward. My attic room was much more spacious than I'd imagined it would be. And Chris at reception was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I couldn't for the life of me find the kettle in my room (in the attic) - but I could have asked about it and didn't, so I suppose that's my fault!

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Basel. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man ist in ca. 15 Minuten am Rhein. Momentan ist gerade das Floss-Festival und es spielen ab 21 Uhr verschiedene Bands. Die Straßenbahn fährt genau gegenüber vom Hotel, so dass man auch andere Ziele gut erreichen kann. Das kleine Frühstück (Kaffee, Tee, Croissant) war ein schöner Start in den Tag. Das Personal ist sehr nett und  zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und wir hatten für die warme Zeit einen Ventilator im Zimmer. Nochmals vielen Dank für Alles.

Wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind, hört man den Straßenlärm. Aber dafür hat man die zentrale Lage.

Pros:

Tesis toplu taşımalara yakın güzel bir konumda. Zaten karşısında tren istasyonu otobüsler var ve otel size Basel seyahat kartı verdiği için her yere ulaşım mümkün ve bu kartla ücretsiz. Temiz ve konforluydu. Odada vantilatör vardı. Benim odam tek kişilik olduğu için belki küçük ve dardı ama yeterliydi yani. Görevliler çok tatlı ve güler yüzlülerdi. Sabah ücretsiz kahve kruvasan ikramları var. Bence çok hoş bir uygulama. Temiz bir otel wifi iyi çalışıyor.

Cons:

Fiyatı belki biraz uygun olabilirdi ama fiyatını karşılıyor o konuda sorun yok. Bir de girişte kredi kartı bilgilerimi aldılar. Yani güvenilir bir uygulamadır umarım. İnsan tereddüt ediyor. Sadece herhangi bir sorun olursa diye depozito niyetine aldıklarını söylediler. Kartımdan çekim olmadı ama bunu kart bilgileri almak yerine pos cihazı ile de yapabilirlerdi. Bu uygulamayı sevmedim

Pros:

We enjoyed the really huge rooms, everything seemed brand new, very clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice. Very walkable location and also right off the tram.

Cons:

While huge, nice and clean, the service was very basic (e.g. a kettle and some tea/ instant coffee would have been nice, or simply a bottle of water).
