Disappointing
Pros:

The facility was disappointing. TV not working properly. Bath could not be used. The facilities need maintenance. I expected more as it is advertised as a Boutique Hotel.

Cons:

TV not working properly. Electrical wires and plugs untidy. Soap holder in shower is loose. Ceiling in the bathroom needs attention.

Otherwise, my stay was okay.
Pros:

The rooms are huge, the beds are huge and comfortable, the bedding is clean.

Their breakfast is good as well with variety to choose from.

The reception is friendly, welcoming and attentive.

Cons:

The room I chose was located at the back, next to the laundry cabins. The noise caused by the ladies while doing the laundry is unbearable. It woke me up at 7:20 am.

I took a shower at 9h00. The water was like warm.

The place is good and well located and next to savanna Mall and major roads

Cons:

There was no hot water from 8am, if you want to bath with hot water, you need to wake up before 6 am.
