Do not stay here if you want to sleep!!

After getting back late from a concert we did not expect to be woken up at 8am to the fire alarm going off. This continued for a further SIX times in the space of an HOUR. I am pregnant so therefore being woken up in such a way was stressful and unsafe. Not only was it extremely loud by there is also a flashing light right above the bed. No apology or acknowledgment from the staff or lady on the front desk and after complaining I was told it was a routine check by the fire department. This would’ve been known by the hotel so therefore should’ve been pasted on to guests upon arrival. 8am for fire alarm checks is disgraceful!

Cons:

Hotel brand is known for taking security deposit of £100 on check in and then not refunding it, and blaming previous room damages on you. As such I asked if I can simply inspect the room with a member of staff before paying the fee and they refused. Such a reasonable request and yet they couldn't accommodate. I ended up staying elsewhere

Pros:

Fantastic Value for money. Especially in that area compared the the rest of the hotels around. It had good amenities like a coffee maker and kitchen.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was comfortable and well looked after. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily recommend it.

Second time - still love it
Pros:

This is my second time staying at Nox Kensington Gardens for a show at Hyde Park. It is so easy to get to from a variety of tube stations and there is a lot around the area too. So handy for Hyde park events. Room is everything you need. It has a small kitchen with microwave if you are staying longer.

Very nice self sufficient room in lovely area.
Pros:

The property was great for it’s proximity to the events we were attending. It was clean and had everything you required to be self sufficient for the trip.

Cons:

The pricing was steep for the size but very clever idea to have all amenities in the room. But paying for location.

Good little location
Pros:

The lady on the front desk on Friday was really friendly and welcoming, she couldn't do enough to help

Cons:

As much as the ac was appreciated and really needed for the weekend, it did make everything a little damp despite altering the settings
