It was - okay. Bit pricey considering the AC was broken and rooms are tiny.

Cons:

Very small rooms, AC broken, fans only and very noisy when trying to sleep. Hallway very loud, can hear everyone in their rooms.

Nice and polite staff

Cons:

Rooms are too small
The bed while comfy is tiny; I’m 1.80 and my feet were out of the bed when I was laying down.
Wasn’t soundproofed at all.

All in all, a very good stay

Volvería! Hotel limpio y nuevo, y ubicación cómoda y bien conectada.
Pros:

Nos encantó! Nos atendieron muy bien, se veía todo muy nuevo, el cuarto limpio, la cama cómoda, la ducha caliente, el wi Fi funcionaba bien, muy prolijo todo. La ubicación no será picadilly circus pero está muy buena! En la misma cuadra hay negocios gastronómicos, verdulería, Mc Donalds, souvenirs, supermercados. En la misma cuadra hay 2 paradas de subte y por la esquina pasa el bus. Estás a 1 cuadra del hyde park y a 10 minutos a pie de Notting Hill. Sin dudas volvería!

Hell, nightmare, avoid this

Good staff and good location

Cons:

Everything else, worst hotel ive ever been to. You can hear the steps of anyone above or below you all the time. People banging their doors all night, uncomfortable small bed (have in mind if you're above 1.70m you will have the worst sleep of your life) terrible discomfortable pillows, dirty and dusty bed sheets and overall disgusting hotel to stay into. The only good thing is the location and how nice the staff is.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location, easy access to tube lines. Staff were friendly and polite. Room as clean.

Cons:

Air con in room was broken, was provided with a fan however this didn’t help much. If the AC worked there’d be no complaints!

Perfect for a night of two in London
Pros:

This hotel was perfect! 2 min walk from nearest underground station, and only a 15 min walk to Paddington. An amazing location with plenty of shops/eateries on the same street. Despite this, there was no noise from the street overnight. Also only 30 mins from Wembley so perfect for an event. Beautiful reception area with complimentary hot drinks and a cute cat! All of the staff we encountered were lovely, and we were able to check in 45 mins early free of charge. The room was small but had enough space for 3 of us to get ready. The room had aircon, hot drinks facilities, iron and hairdryer. The WiFi was also excellent.

Cons:

The shower curtain wasn’t great so make sure not to leave any belongings on the bathroom floor. Our room was right next to the lift so there was noise of comings and goings but fine once we were asleep. I also received a scam WhatsApp message from someone pretending to be the hotel with all my details advising that my payment had failed - this obviously isn’t necessarily the fault of the hotel but just something to be mindful of. I phoned them to make them aware
