The location was really great and the staff was really friendly.
The window was broken so we couldn’t open it all the way and you could hear all the sounds from outside the room and the other rooms next to us.

The location was excellent; it offered direct access to public transportation, and there were plenty of dining options on the street (Love Sushi & Ramen, Wingstop, Five Guys, grocery stores, and breakfast spots).
The air conditioner in the room was very old—maybe it was just our turn, I don’t know—but it wasn’t cooling the room. I was in room 205, and the sun was shining directly in. The air conditioner was very noisy and didn’t work; only the fan was running.
How clean and tidy the hotel was.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint i can make was the TV reception was terrible,but we were not in London to wath TV.
The outside decor was nice. The location is near the tube and 10 minutes walk to Paddington. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel cat was really lovely.
Rooms are very small, decor is a little tired in places, luggage was everywhere in the reception area when we arrived making it very cluttered (although this had all been sorted by the time we arrived back to check in) alongside the luggage there was a salon operating in the small reception area making it even more cluttered.

Tight bathrooms and sleeping spaces & no wardrobes to hang clothes.
Unfortunately air conditioning was not working. We were informed at check in, but it was not fixed. However they did have a fan unit in the room that did help.
Great location, as we went to royal Albert Hall.
