We had a wonderful experience with the Concierge team. All three gentlemen were excellent and always ensured that our pick-up and drop arrangements were on time and handled smoothly.

A special mention to Jeelani for his very friendly and approachable nature. He made us feel so comfortable that it never felt like we were simply speaking to a hotel staff member. After coming back from the office, my friends and I would often spend 5–6 minutes casually talking with him about our day and work. These small conversations made us feel very welcomed and created a genuine connection.

That friendly nature and personal touch is what really made Jeelani stand out. Overall, the Concierge team was excellent, and we would definitely love to visit again.

We had a wonderful experience with the night shift team. From the moment we entered the lobby, Jeelani gave us a very warm and genuine welcome. He was friendly, attentive, and personally escorted us to our room, making us feel comfortable throughout the process.

Zeshan made our check-in very smooth and took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally, which was truly appreciated. At the time of departure, Manjira ensured a quick and hassle-free check-out and explained all the necessary details in a very polite manner.

Overall, the service and hospitality from the team were excellent. We truly loved the experience and would definitely love to visit again because of the wonderful service provided by these amazing team members!

We were actually on our way to Radisson Blu Atria for our anniversary celebration, but by mistake, we ended up at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. When we entered the lobby, Mohammed greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome.

When we asked him about Radisson Blu Atria, he politely explained that it was a different hotel. After checking Google Maps, we realised that it would take us more than 1.5 hours to reach Atria because of the traffic.

Since it was our anniversary, Mohammed suggested that we stay and celebrate at the hotel itself. The way he explained about Shao restaurant was so good that we decided to try it. We were really happy with our decision! The ambience was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Mohammed really knows how to understand a guest's situation and suggest the right option. His friendly approach and excellent communication turned what started as a mistake into a lovely anniversary celebration. Thank you, Mohammed, for your wonderful hospitality and for making our special day memorable!

My four-night corporate stay was more comfortable than I expected. The warmth of the staffs specially Saheli from front desk every day she was equally greeting me in the morning. A big thanks to housekeeping team to clean my room everyday. After busy days coming back to a comfortable room was exactly what I needed. Once again thank you all .

It was very good experience, staff was very polite and helping.

Overall facility,hospitality is very good.
I would recommend this grand place near to some IT park as well as city touch. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

I was staying at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road for a couple of days and took an Uber to the airport. Bangalore traffic was really bad, and I got delayed. When I reached security, I realised my boarding gate was already closed. I still had to clear security, so I was almost sure I had missed my flight. ✈️

I called the Travel Desk and luckily got connected with Jeelani. I explained the situation, and he just told me, “Give me 5 minutes, I’ll call you back.”

After a few minutes, I suddenly heard the final announcement with my name for boarding! ✈️ I was honestly so happy and relieved. I still don’t know how Jeelani managed it or whom he contacted, but he really made it happen.

Facilities, location and staff

Hotel stay is awesome however Tariq from gym stands out .. he really help guide your workout and is super friendly!

The location is good because there’s a really good view. I like the atmosphere because it’s very fancy and authentic. The rooms are nice because they’re very large, clean, and comfortable. There’s a lot of nice snacks to eat which feels like they’re worth the value. There’s very less noise which I like. The service is also great because the workers are always coming to check on you whenever you need something.
