Great experience, modernization probably needed in rooms.
Pros:

Staff. Your staff is quite impressive. Ahmed and Adriana were my VIP Stars of my stay? Their attention to detail, hospitality, and stewardship was exceptional and made my stay very comfy. I will visit y'all very soon again.

Negative: Your rooms need a serious upgrade to modern standards. The like of USB connections are atrocious! Loved the TV in the bathroom but they need to be wifi due to limited options for watching news. I hope yall got upgrade plans given that FIFA is in town!

Nuestro dia de hotel en OMNI Dallas Tx 05/30/2026
Pros:

me gutaron mucho dos cosas: 1.- El desayuno tipo buffet que ofrecen en el restaurante del hote Texa spice le doy 10/10, con relacion a calidad precio excelente para las personas que le gusta comer bastantes y de todo este es muy bueno ya que hay de todo y muy ricaaa..
2.- la vista que hay en el areal de la picina y en las habitacion es bellisimo de ciudad es imponete porque se aprecia toda la ciudad y el simbolo de dallas el restaurante la bola queda al frente.

Cons:

no me gusto que para realizar reservaciones anticipadamente para cenar se hace imposible ya que tratamos 4 veces de reserva para comer en el cumpleanos de mi hija numero 15 y nos colgaban el telefono escribi correo y tampoco pudieron ayudarnos con la reserva y tuvimos que reservar en otro restaurante fuera del hotel para segurar tener la cena sin problema de cupos ya que eramos 21 personasquedandonos en el hotel.
tambien deben de cuidar las personas que entran al hotel ya que vi en un momento personas con aptitudes sospechosas y en el area de la picina una persona mujer gritando y diciendo palabrotas y con aptitudes poco decente sin que el personal de seguridad hicieran algo al respecto ya que es un area donde hay familia con ninos. de resto todo bien.

Dallas OMNI A Majestic Must Experience
Pros:

Definitely a Must to experience this beautiful hotel! Serene and majestic views from the comforts of your peaceful, well detailed, very clean space made it hard to leave. Quiet where you needed it to be, engaging and vibrant where you were seeking connections. Valet attendants were all so kind and helpful. Housekeeping Hard working and detailed. Although a business trip it felt like a sabbatical and can't wait to experience it all over again!

Omni Hotel Dallas - good stay, worth the money
Pros:

The hotel is new, very clean and well maintened. Great location. A spa, gym, a bunch of different restaurants, etc. The front desk not always knew what event the hotel offers at a specific day, and the houskeeping/cleaning is very slow. However, the food is very good (we tried Texas Spice, the Bob, and the sport bar, the first is the best). And a level of service and personal touch of some of the workers (for example, AnJanette and Delaney in Texas Spice) are above all the expectations.

pues que nos cobraran por el wifi. El gratuito no funcionaba. Me parece muy mal que hoy en dia, un hotel te cobre por eso. Viajé por parte de EEUU 84 estados diferentes) en hoteles de todo tipo y en ninguno me cobraron el wifi

Failed honeymoon experience
Pros:

We went here for our honeymoon and we didn’t have a good overall experience. I was really looking forward to the spa day I had booked way in advance that got cancelled on me last min with no effort to accommodate us in the future knowing we are out of town guests. The restaurants were great. The restaurant staff 10/10 especially Boniface he’s a bartender at the sports bar. He was very helpful and we had great conversation with him. He’s a wonderful employee. The front desk staff were helpful and nice. For the money we paid we expected more especially for the reason we came for our honeymoon.
