Dallas Omni Hotel
Pros:

The staff was very personable and helpful. The property was very well kept. The bedding was very comfortable. Visited the pool area, which was very serene.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and too firm, box like, for my taste. The breakfast seemed underwhelming for the fee. Also, had a standard American burger from the onsite sports bar. The burger lack real flavor and the fries were over seasoned. Also with the price of the stay, felt there should have been a better fee structure for guest driving themselves to the property.

Attentive and Friendly staff, would 100% recommend
Pros:

Jazzmin and team went above and beyond to help during my stay! Raymond on the front desk did a great job getting me all set up and checked in when I arrived. Any queries I had were addressed and help was provided immediately when needed. I was travelling for work and had no issues with wifi etc when taking calls/doing other work from the room or in the lobby. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Dallas, whether that's work or leisure.

The only thing I did not like was that the shower curtain had all kinds of gross mold looking stuff on it

Mi hermano me pidió que lo ayudara a reservar una habitación para el y su novia el queria sorprenderla , yo reserve y fui a decorar la habitacion para cuando ellos llegaran y la señorita de respecion agrego a mi hermano para darle una tarjeta llave yo le explique , cuando mi hermano llego no quisieron dejarlo pasar tuve que ir yo al hotel para que el pudiera entrar

Gracias a eso no pudo sorprender a su novia
