Hotel looks like it should be in las vegas, but all lights and no show.
Pros:

Location downtown is good

Cons:

Valet was a disaster! Expect a line if hotel is busy, even at 7:00 am on a sunday morning. If you call ahead or text before you head down, expect them to ignore it. The manager is rude and could care less if anyone gets their Car. Room walls are paper thin. You will hear every person walking past your room and people in the room next to you. Room service menu is a HUGE disappointment, hardly any variety especially dessert!

El área de la piscina estaba demasiada llena. Opino que para ser un hotel grande debería tener varias piscinas porque estaba excesivamente llena, sobretodo de adultos tomados!

The staff was so attentive we had the best service.

Pipper greeted me and from the start she made my stay excellent. She waived my fee for early check in

Cons:

Every thing was perfect. Pool was a little on the small side but they had live music that was a great added touch
