The only positive thing about this hotel was it was close to the venues of both of the concerts.

Cons:

First thing is they are not upfront with all their extra expenses.. ie parking and then a deposit after I already paid for the two nights on the booking.com website. I called ahead about a small refrigerator in my room for some drinks and my medication to be in. Turned out the the refrigerator didn’t work and I checked to see if it was plugged in. The carpet didn’t look like it had been cleaned in at least a week.They even got me mixed up on my Email with another guest!

Pros:

Hotel confortable mais pas à la hauteur en terme de service, spécialement pour un long séjour. professionnel.
Hotel très grand et spacieux
Salle de sport avec de nombreux équipements

Cons:

La piscine sale et chaude.
Le personnel n'a pas touours en tête le service au client
Plutôt cher pour le niveau de qualité des prestations proposées.
