Pros:

There was a breakfast buffet and it was very beautiful lots of options and delicious reasonably priced

Cons:

Wanted to visit the spa, it was overpriced. No amenities wanted to do it like a spa day with a hot tub and sauna steam room.

Worst Stay Ever
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Omni Dallas Downtown and, unfortunately, had one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had at an Omni property.

I checked in late and paid an additional $100 for the late checkout option, which extended my checkout time to 6:00 PM. However, before the next day even began, I received a receipt stating that my checkout time was 11:00 AM, despite my prepaid receipt clearly showing a 6:00 PM checkout.

To avoid any confusion, I called the front desk, and they confirmed that my checkout time was indeed 6:00 PM. Despite this confirmation, I continued receiving calls reminding me to vacate the room by 11:00 AM.

To make matters worse, a member of the housekeeping staff entered my room while I was still inside to ask if I would be checking out, even though it was well before my confirmed checkout time.

I have had the pleasure of staying at several Omni properties over the years, and this experience was by far the worst. I expect much better communication and coordination, especially after paying extra for a late checkout.
