This is a lovely wee hotel in a lovely town.Friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast to start the day. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Hereford with a 5 minute walk to the railway station and 10 mins into the centre of town .
Nothing at all..
Beautiful hotel overlooking the river. Comfortable beds and good showers. Great breakfast in the dining rooms, again overlooking the river.
The breakfast variety, the visual changes as improvements and renovations occur and sensitivity for guests around those.
Not much, just little tweaks and suggestions for updating the rooms as renovation occurs, such as a hook for coats on the back of the door.

Beautiful house in the process of being renovated. Lovely friendly staff. Good location for station and walking into town.
A little noisy on the main road, but great location made up for that.
Friendly staff and good range of choice for breakfast.
Renovations are underway, starting with the public rooms so the bedrooms are a bit shabby but they are comfortable.
Hope to stay there again, next time I'm in Hereford to see how the work has progressed.
Aylestone Court definitely has a little Bridgerton feel about it !! Great location with parking. Walking distance to the city centre. Very friendly and welcoming, greeted from the door. Got to choose breakfast and what time we would like it. We were then shown to our room. Good size room, it was facing the road but it was not noisy at all and we had the window open. Comfy bed, we slept really well. Breakfast was served in a lovely room. Laid out ready for us, we liked the linen napkins too. Continental options with local home made jams and preserves. We opted for a full English and the coffee came in a good sized pot which was great.

The location, the staff were excellent very helpful & obliging. Lovely hotel. It will be a fantastic place to stay when renovations are completed. We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to the amazing staff & lovely quaint hotel.
As the hotel was under renovation we accepted things were needed to change such as the shower in our room although we were able to use the shower.
The property was undergoing renovation but we had been before
Bed comfortable. Breakfast good. Good location.
Cleanliness. Bathroom blind didn't work.
We were welcomed by Lynne, who was very helpful and friendly, which added to our experience.
The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
There is some refurbishment ongoing to the hotel, which is needed to give it a fresh uplift, but this didn't detract from our stay.
Comfortable bed
Very much a work in progress with refurbishment going on and rooms downstairs in better condition than bedrooms. Attempts made to make bedroom comfortable but attention to detail on cleanliness and repairs very much needed, particularly in the en-suite shower room. Water in basin was barely tepid. Had to ask for towels as none in room. In comparison to experiences in other hotels stayed in, overpriced at this stage.
