Pros:

Location was perfect.Aidan on reception was very nice very helpful.breakfast was lovely.very clean hotel loved the decor.parking was a bit of an issue .purpose of our stay was celebrating our wedding anniversary.we stayed 2 nights
we had booked extras like the afternoon tea which we cancelled our selves due to the time frame as we had alot planned to do.we also got late check check which was great.we also requested a bottle of champagne which when we got to our room was not there so i asked at reception and was told oh we over looked it so i just cancelled it was not impresed it was over looked. Also we left sunday around 12 30 to explore portrush arrived back at 6.30pm to our room which had not been serviced no clean towels,no loo roll and both bins full had to ring down to reception to get towels and loo roll very disappointed our room was not serviced.we stayed in rm 209 which is out the back of the hotel found the room very warm the fan did not do much could not leave the window opened as it was very noisy in the morning times.

Great Hotel. Perfectly Located.
Pros:

Our group of 8 golfers had a wonderful 5 nights at the Portrush Adelphi. This is a charming hotel in a wonderful town. The hotel is perfectly located, it's walking distance to beaches, pubs, restaurants, and more, with easy access to the multiple world-class golf courses in the nearby vicinity. The staff were incredibly welcoming and truly added to our experience. I hope I stay here again someday!

A Brilliant Hotel
Pros:

This is a really excellent hotel and a brilliant addition to the hospitality scene in Portrush. I had dinner here last night with my son for about the second time in roughly three months and it was amazing and somehow even better than before. The Guinness was some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere (including Dublin) and the food and service was exceptional. I just wish I knew the name of the main guy who served us because he’s a credit to his profession. I’ll be back.

Pros:

We were able to get in on a lay minute booking. The staff was quick to make sure our room was set up and good to go and made us feel welcome.

Cons:

Having to sleep with the windows open due to the lack of air conditioning was only an issue because the hotel is on a busy road with quite a few pubs and our room was above the entrance to the hotel. So we heard all the pub patrons coming and going.

Very enjoyable hotel in prime location.
Pros:

The room was very nice, the bathroom was exceptional, especially the huge shower. The room has everything you need and is attractive.

Cons:

The blinds in the sitting room could not be raised. They are not that type and they gave to be rolled up and stuck on top of the windows. The motorcycles and street racer boys were extremely noisy at night. That made it hard to sleep. The town should have a noise ordinance after a certain hour.
