Great location, friendly staff good breakfast.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean.
Staff talked alot behind the bar/front of house about problems and personal stuff about fellow staff members, problems, etc. Not professional and was easily heard by customers. The hotel lacked the luxuries I would expect for nearly £450 for two nights. Expected more for the price!
Location was great but lack of parking could be an issue in peak season. Great decor and rooms a good size with good facilities. Value is an issue - graet fot a US Golf package not a UK tourist.
Service at both breakfast and Dinner was goos and speedy. The food was very good.
Reception staff very helpful.
Great experience in Northern Ireland. Charming small hotel in downtown.
Would recommend anyone to stay here if you are in the areal
Excellent hotel, with Excellent facilities in an excellent location.
Nothing
The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The food was very enjoyable. The wee compliementary gifts were great.
The view.
A fantastic stay from start to finish. The location is excellent, and the room felt beautifully opulent with a comfortable bed and a stunning bathroom featuring a great shower. The hotel is genuinely dog friendly, which made the trip even better. Staff were warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Dinner was great and reasonably priced, and we enjoyed our cocktails.
The WIFI stopped working at night which meant that the TV didn’t work. Very disappointing. They need to sort that out as the mobile phone service is pretty much non existent in this part of Portrush.
Great facility for a golf trip. Staff were top notch and service was excellent. Food and drink including dinner was terrific.
We decided to try the Adelphi for lunch as it was my daughter's birthday. We assumed from the website information that there would be main courses served as well as a sandwich option . However, when we arrived we were told that it was a sandwich menu only. So, we ordered steak sandwiches. What a disappointment when they arrived - two pieces of sourdough with some strips of steak in between, no garnish of any kind, not even a few crisps! The bread was burnt and impossible to cut with a knife. I spoke to the waiter who could not have been more understanding and he sent for the manager. She too was very courteous and apologetic when she saw the meals. She agreed to adjust the bill. I explained that I thought for £18 per sandwich this was unacceptable.
The hotel is beautifully presented and the staff are most pleasant. What a pity about the food. I also must add that we paid £24 for two glasses of red wine. Surely these prices are too high?
The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and the place itself was lovely. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming — we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
Can't complain
Great location.Clean, tidy, staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much of a problem for them.Hotel itself was excellent and would highly recommend.Food was lovely, couldn't fault it.Will definitely be back.Thank you so much😊
Nothing
The hotel, rooms and overall ambience was high quality and traditional. The rooms, in particular the bathroom and bed were top notch.
The staff we super helpful and a "shout out" to Mark, even though it was very busy he was very visible and kept the place running smoothly.
Cooked breakfast was basic, just fried, didn't feel like there as much local produce in it.
The cold selection was perfect though.
The service was excellent from the minute we check-in through daily breakfast and bar service. The lobby, bar area and restaurant were well done and very comfortable. The rooms are updated and have some modern amenities, but many of them (based on our group of 8) are very small and have limited or no outside light.
