Je cherchais un endroit près de la gare, car j'avais un gros sac à dos ; l'hôtel de Will m'a donc semblé parfait – et cela s'est avéré être le cas. Une chambre si agréable, calme et confortable, avec tout ce dont j’avais besoin. J’ai particulièrement apprécié toutes les étagères. Le personnel était très sympathique, le petit-déjeuner délicieux et convivial, avec un excellent café. La promenade jusqu’au centre-ville historique n’était pas longue du tout.

A really nice one night stay in Narbonne.
Pros:

The location 150m from the train station was very convenient, the staff were great and helped us with luggage, the hotel was well organised, was clean and comfortable, with good facilities, and nice touches like colourful plants on the area outside the window.

Basic room at a great price, lovely staff and excellent location.
Pros:

Great value for money.

Air con was good.

Bed and pillows comfy.

Given early check in, which we really appreciated after our travelling.

Receptionist offered to carry our luggage to our room - we stayed in 5 hotels and this was the only one to kindly offer.

We didn't personally use it, but the tablet in reception to book a taxi was a great touch.

Room was a good size and light and airy.

Reception area was very cool and felt authentic.

All in all, the hotel knows what it is and doesn't try to pretend to be anything more.

Cons:

No coffee/tea making facilities.

Bathroom basic and warm inside.

Would have liked bigger towels.

Could hear lots of general living noises (banging, talking) during the morning.

Lovely hotel& room, lovely town; good for multi-night stay; very reasonably priced.

A family run hotel that looks after their guests really well.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly. The room was spotless, air conditioned and tastefully decorated in keeping with the old building. The bed was very comfortable . There was an excellent choice for breakfast all freshly made. I would certainly recommend.
