Cons:

Sajnos semmilyen értesítőt nem kaptam arról, hogy a szálloda fürdő részlege éppen felújítás alatt lesz akkor amikor mi ott tartózkodunk. A másik fürdőt ugyan lehetett korlátlanul használni, de a gyerekek miatt nagyon hangos volt. Ez természetesen nem gond alapvetően, de mi pont ezt szerettük először is amikor ott voltunk, hogy van saját fürdő ami nyugodt.

Excellent hotel and service
Pros:

Impeccable service. Every request is handled within minutes. Exemplary cleanliness and exceptionally friendly and dedicated staff. This was our second stay at this hotel and it was more than pleasant. We will gladly come again.

Cons:

Tap water is not drinkable and you have to buy water in the hotel or in the store out of the hotel.
It is strange for a hotel with four stars?!?!

Pros:

Nagyon tetszett a szoba mérete, illetve hogy 3 különböző fajta párna állt rendelkezésre. Csendes volt, nyugodtan tudtam pihenni. A Spaban a finn szaunát próbáltam, rajtam kívül nem volt senki - valószínűleg, mert este volt és hétköznap, viszont nagyon élveztem. Másnapra egy 50 perces masszázst foglaltam, és annyira jó volt, hogy közben bealudtam párszor. A masszázshoz a wellness részlegen kell keresztül menni, ami számomra nem volt egyértelmű, még annak ellenére sem, hogy a recepción megkérdeztem. Végül a fodrász hölgy igazított útba.
