non tutte le dotazioni indicate erano presenti in loco. Quando ho chiesto ciabattine e accappatoio (previsti tra le dotazioni dell'alloggio), nonostante le risposte alle richieste precedenti erano state date in tempo reale, stavolta la risposta dello staff è stata del tutto mancante. Sarebbe stato gradito un riscontro anche se negativo.

Location was conveniently near shops and restaurants and the Duomo. I am very sensitive to street noise and it was very quiet. I also could not hear the children in the next room. Remodeled and spacious.

Tão bom que quando voltei a Milão fiquei de novo. Quartos grandes com mini cozinha e sala. Prédio novo. Quartos reformados. Cama boa. Atendimento e limpeza aprovados. Elevador já na entrada, não há nenhuma escada.

The apartment location was superb, but the bed and pillows wasn’t comfortable at all

The bed wasn’t comfortable , we had hard time locking the apartment door every time we leave, the electricity went out few times which was inconvenient at all, lack of customer support we couldn’t use the cooking hob an when I asked how could I use it they didn’t answer
