Small room some of doors didn't close properly and drop down desk was instable

The décor was a bit old and dated. I also found a broken mirror, mould, and hair on the bed before I used it, which was disappointing. The floor didn't feel particularly clean either. In addition, I could hear a lot of water drainage noise, as well as people talking outside the room, which made it difficult to relax.

Blood stains on the bed sheets. Fluid stains on the bed sheets. Improper finishing of the room - paint peeling off and looked neglected.

Room main window/ door, could't be opened and get fresh air reneval.

a tiny bit scruffy, room could have done with a coat of paint.

Ascensor estropeado y estábamos al 5 piso. Baño un poco pequeño. Tenía pequeña cocina pero ninguna mesa para comer.

AVOID- RUDE SERVICE- LEFT US WITHOUT OUR BAGS OVERNIGHT. We asked for an early check in and were told our room wasn’t ready yet which was fine, the receptionist offered for us to store our bags in the bag store room downstairs. We were grateful we wouldn’t have to carry our bags around the city for the day so accepted, the receptionist told us we could come back anytime before 11pm as the reception is manned until 11pm. We had a concert until 10pm so explained it may be around 10:30/10:45 until we were back and she assured us someone will be there until 11pm. The concert ended at 10pm and we immediately called the reception to let them know we will be there at around 10:45 and to please hold the bags. The lady assured me she would be there until 11pm. We arrived at 10:48pm and the front door was locked. We had received self check in instructions on an email despite me saying we would be there to check in in-person and get our bags. We unlocked the front door with our code and nobody was there. Our bags CONTAINING CLOTHES AND MEDICATION were locked away and we couldn’t access them. I called the out of hours number and a really rude man answered from another hotel. I explained the situation and he kept saying nothing could be done and that I should have arrived before 11pm (which we did!). I told him that the receptionist had likely left early and that we arrived at 10:48pm after being told that someone would be here until 11pm to hand us our bags and he just kept going ‘I can’t do anything about that’. I explained we had medication in there and he didn’t seem to care, I even asked if anyone in their company had a car etc. or easy means of getting here as we needed the bag with the medicine and he said ‘no nobody has a car’. I was really shocked at how rude he was. Nevertheless, 20 minutes later he must have realised how he acted on the phone because he came (reluctantly) and didn’t even have the keys for the door.

The rooms were so tiny and nowhere to put your case.

The coffee maker didn’t work. It’s wired into the mains and likely a fuze has blown. (I contacted the hotel
Prior to check if there was a coffee machine too and brought extra pods as I like having coffees in the AM)

The deadlock didn’t work. Found this out when we got in late and nothing could be done. (Reported this)

The fridge wasn’t clean. Food left in freezer and dried liquid (milk) in door. All of this has been reported via messenger. No response has been provided.

Rooms are tiny. Cleaning is basic as in could do with a deep clean. In the mornings you are tripping over the cleaning material as its lying about the floor and in the lift. Please supply your cleaner with a trolley. Ok for a bed but wouldn't come back.

De badkamerdeur. Die is van ondoorzichtig glas, maar je hoort alles en je ziet nog veel.
Ook zou het fijn zijn als er goede verduisterende gordijnen waren. Dit was de week met de langste dagen van het jaar en het was om 5:00 uur licht.
