Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The ocean views from the window were amazing. You could hear the sound of the waves the whole time.

Cons:

The only downside was that the bedrooms were facing away from the ocean, so you couldn't hear the waves while falling asleep.

Comfortable but by no means clean or value for money
Pros:

The view and the location are great

Cons:

Stained sheets and pillowcases, popcorn in and under the sofa. ( we also found a Visa card in the sofa when we cleared out the popcorn). Shower head leaking and sink would not drain.

Pros:

Location was great. We were on the 3rd floor, so view was restricted because of the trees.

Cons:

With all the construction around, it was a lot nosier than we thought.
Carpets were dirty, needed a good clean and vacuum. We also had to put glasses, cutlery and crockery in the dishwasher when we got there as they were in desperate need of a wash.

Pros:

Location was amazing, staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us settle in. Rooms were clean and cosy. Was very easy to feel at home. Facilities were awesome and the level we were on was perfect. Got offered an upgrade but decided to stay on same floor as kids. The view was stunning! Definitely recommend and totally will come back

Esther was exceptional, she was available when help was required and check in process was seamless.
