We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the location. The room had some lovely little touches that made all the difference, especially the biscuits and toiletries. It felt cosy, comfortable and really homely.

دفعت خدمة تنضيف مبلغ اضافي ولم يقومو بالتنضيف بالشكل الممتاز واحيانا لايقومون بالتنضيف بتاتا لوجودنا داخل الغرفه وعند الخروج لايأتون للتنضيف المفروض اذا هناك قيمه مضافه ان يتم التنضيف على مدار الساعه المرافق كانت متعبه الدرج والاصنصير قديم جدا يحتاج الى ترميم
Location was ok. Room was ok.
There was this weird scraping noise every few seconds all through the night. Kept me awake. Water pressure was poor so the shower was below standard and the bath had patches of mould. The bar was really overpriced and the breakfast unaffordable. No air con so really hot and the bed was rickety and mattress squeaky. Second rate accommodation for a first rate price.

One of the staff members at checking time wouldn’t want to listen that I booked two rooms not just one room for four of us and I did show my confirmation email but still refusing to listen until other staff noticed that I am right and sorted.

The hotel was kept well, facilities was nice, wasn’t too expensive, the dog meals on the bar menu and dog friendly rooms and throughout the hotel. Staff was all pleasant and any complaints was dealt with quickly. The manger Greg was very helpful and change the bedding and towels himself and offer us free drinks for the inconvenience and brought us an another fan due the hot room.
When we arrive to our room the beds wasn’t clean has hair in the bed from previous people, many hair and stains on bedding and towel in the bathroom, drawers wasn’t cleans.
Its a lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a nice clean room with a balcony and beautiful views of yhe sea. I didn't have breakfast as I went out early. The only downside is that there's no air conditioning. The tower fan that was provided , it literally didn't work. I felt like I hadn't sleep. Other than that, highly recommend and would go back!

Friendly staff
I don’t recommend this hotel. It doesn’t look or feel like a four-star hotel, and it wasn’t clean. The staff were friendly, but that was the only positive. The swimming pool was fine, although it wasn’t up to four-star standards. The breakfast was very poor. The view was okay.
