"Memoria"
Cons:

Nos robaron en la habitación. Entraron por recepción, subieron hasta nuestra habitación con toda tranquilidad, entraron y se llevaron una mochila llena de objetos de valor.
Lo explico asi, porque las cámaras del hotel grabaron toda la secuencia, aunque la persona que entró, tenía claro donde estaban las cámaras y por donde debía de salir.
Fue muy difícil sostener la situación y en algún momento sentimos que el director general, no estaba a plena disposición para encontrar una solución.

Bellísima y placentera
Pros:

Es un hotel muy lindo y el personal muy amable, lo recomiendo mucho queda cercas de la plaza galerías y Costco y muchos lugares este hotel es bonito y sus habitaciones confortables y los cocineros excelentes me hacían mi caldito de pollo y me lo llevan hasta a la habitación. Muy limpio

We enjoyed the stay but the hotel was not as nice as the pictures in the application show .
Pros:

I didn’t like the noise from the hallway there was to much noise
