旅先でも自宅と変わらない利便性が味わえる
Pros:

Zermatt駅から徒歩で5分の立地。道順や鍵の受け取りなど事前にわかりやすい説明書が届き、迷うことなくスムーズに部屋へ。到着時刻にすぐに担当者が来て、キッチン、洗濯器の使い方などの丁寧な説明があり心強かった。キッチンなどの充実度は過去１０年あまり利用したアパートの中でベスト。４つの大小の調理用レンジは利便性が高く、用途に応じた種類、数量とも十分な調理器具（フォンジュ鍋を含む）と食器類が準備され、切れ味の良い包丁に出会ったのはここが初めての体験（切れ味の悪い包丁は使いづらく、怪我をする危険性も高い）。食器類も充実しており、加えて用意された多くの調味料（砂糖、塩、洲、醤油、油、複数のスパイス）やコーヒーなどのおかげで楽しい食事作りができました。コーヒーカップを一つ壊し、弁償の意志を伝えたのですが、不問にしていただきました。洗濯用の洗剤も豊富に準備され、２つのトイレもありがたかった。衣類のクローゼットも広く、ハンガーの数量も十分でした。
敢えて欠点を言えば、ベッドルームの照明の暗さと、裏通りの立地で眺望とは無縁だったことですが、利便性の高さ、管理会社の丁寧な対処など満足の4日間でした。

Cons:

照明が暗いため、衣服を選ぶのに少し難儀を感じたことぐらい。

A Beautiful Apartment
Pros:

A beautiful, clean, spacious apartment in a great location. Only a short walk to the town and train and the apartment had absolutely everything you need. The views from the balcony were amazing. We were met on arrival and departure by the host and communication was great before and throughout our stay. We loved our stay in this apartment!

Great property for large families.
Pros:

The location was just outside the main town up on a hill, short 10 minute walk to all shops and towns. Very clean accommodations and pretty views of the town and the mountains. Perfect size for a family of 10. Plenty of cooking equipment, including fondue and raclette.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were many construction cranes right outside our villa. Also, we did not realize that you had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit, and we had our elderly parents with us. This would have been helpful in the property description. Also, although all bedrooms had a bathroom, but only 2 had showers. Fortunately, the sauna room had a shower we could all share.

Pros:

Great apartment not too far from the station and town. Easy walk to the Gornergrat Bahn. A bit further to the cable car to go to Glacier Paradise but you can catch a bus. We used the cooking and washing facilities which helped with our budget. The bed was comfortable with quality linens.
