Great value for money hitel in the heart of Kos town.
Pros:

Lovely, small hotel in a fantastic location. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Short wardrobe for dresses and not a lot of storage spaces. Tiny shower but it worked well.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Otel gayet temiz. Konum olarak çok iyiydi çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gelsem tekrar burayı tercih ederdim 🙏🏻

Cons:

Odada havlu asılacak bir yerin olmaması biraz zorladı açıkçası, bir de banyo çok küçüktü. Tuvalet daha bakımlı olabilirdi

Clean bathroom and room. Internet speed satisfactory. Breakfast basic but acceptable (fried eggs/omelette, cheese, full-fat milk, yogurt).

Cons:

Mattress too soft – no good rest.
Parking advertised but not available on either side of hotel, (not within <300 m of the hotel). No proactive information about parking reality given to first-time guests with a car; I was fined by local municipality 150€ for parking opposite the entrance.

L'emplacement proche du centre

Cons:

La qualité de la literie et des oreillers (trop mous). Le petit dej n'est vraiment pas terrible et leurs jus de fruits sont vraiment infects. Dans la chanbre, il y une machine à café mais sans doses de café même pas instantané.

I proprietari sono persone fantastiche, nonostante abbia chiesto all'ultimo minuto di farci recapitare una torta in stanza per il compleanno del mio ragazzo sono stati davvero molto gentili e disponibili ed hanno accontentato le mie richieste, aiutandomi ad organizzare questa splendida sorpresa!
La posizione é perfetta, ideale per chi voglia soggiornare a kos town tra mare e divertimento

the location is amazing, liettirly you are in the middle of everything, the the rome was clean but it was so small wasn't expected that

​The elderly lady is absolutely wonderful—so sweet, warm, and always eager to help. However, the older man and the young son are a different story; they aren't friendly at all. I greeted them multiple times, but I was met with complete silence and blank stares. Even at check-in, where a warm welcome is standard, the young guy didn't smile once, which felt quite uncomfortable. To be fair, they aren't rude, but they certainly aren't hospitable either. My advice? Try to deal exclusively with the amazing elderly lady—she is exceptionally kind and welcoming
