Good for one night, but not a longer stay. Worth paying a bit more for a better experience.
Pros:

The location was very good — that's really the main feature of this hotel.

Cons:

The rooms and hotel itself is very run down. The furniture (desk and bed) is old, with lots of chipped paint and scuff marks. The walls are also in need of repainting. It feels more like a motel than hotel. It feels like the owners are looking to sell it so the next owners will give it a much needed refresh.

Cons:

This was the worst experience staying in a hotel in my whole life.

The room was so dirty — there was a smell of smoking, dust around the whole walls, and mold in the bathroom. When I asked staff if they could help fix it, the answer was: "All our rooms are the same — even if we transfer you to another room, you will not be satisfied." I had to check out and find another place in a hurry.

Wonderful location, staff were great, would stay again
Pros:

The location was great, I loved the restaurant inside, everything we needed, nice and clean, would stay again.

Cons:

The bathroom didn’t have a door, we heard from others staying there that their bathroom didn’t have a door either. Elevators could use an upgrade

Ottimo albergo per visitare little Italy e little Portugal!
Pros:

Si tratta di un piccolo albergo al confine tra la zona dei grattaceli e i quartieri più popolari di little Italy e little Portugal. La posizione è ottima se si vogliono visitare queste zone un po' meno turistiche anche se la sera, soprattutto nelle strade limitrofe, ci sono soggetti- magari soltanto all'apparenza- non molto raccomandabili!

Cons:

L'aria condizionata era molto rumorosa. Siamo riusciti a dormire senza problemi perché abbiamo il sonno pesante ma se qualcuno ha problemi con i rumori potrebbe non passare una notte molto serena. In generale a Toronto i prezzi sono molto alti, ma devo dire che 200 euro a notte per una stanza in questa zona e con questi servizi mi è sembrato un po' tanto!
