Our room was very clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished. Breakfast was adequate but with little choice and no hot food. The staff were helpful and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout. Exterior soundproofing was good and the air conditioning was effective.
The room was small and the price seemed high even for this part of Paris.

Someone - presumably cleaning- came into the room at 9am when I was half asleep - and then left the door open.
Très tres bon emplacement et personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner varie . Serviette de toilette et produits lavants de bonne qualité. Chambre sur cour donc calme au vue de l effervescence du quartier. Mini bar avec 1 bouteille d eau appréciable et bouilloire avec thé et cafe
Toilette vraiment petit mais fais le job. Odeur dans salle d eau . Le prix de la chambre n est justifie que pour son emplacement. Un petit coup de rafraîchissement serait un vrai +

The Location is amazing.
That the rooms were small, we did get prepared for that. The one thing that cought me off guard was that the Ceiling in the Bathroom was so low, you had to bend to use the Toiletts.

El desayuno me pareció muy correcto, buenos productos y variedad suficiente para mí ( no hay comida caliente tipo salchichas pero sí un poco de todo).
El personal era amable.
La moqueta hace que se acumulen olores. Es un poco antigualla. Pero la habitación me pareció limpia.
El acceso mediante ascensor no es a cota cero de cada planta, sino a media altura. Es algo común en edificios antiguos de París.
Staff and the breakfast was amazing and the location is unbeaten
the bathroom wasn't clean, the rooms are too small and it feels a little outdated, I'd be ok if it was cheaper but I feel like I payed a lot for little comfort.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. It is close to both the metro and an RER station, which provides convenient access to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area, and Notre-Dame is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Louvre and the Eiffel Tower are both approximately a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The location is therefore ideal for exploring Paris, with many of the city’s main attractions easily accessible on foot.
The hotel is somewhat older, and the spaces are relatively narrow and slightly cramped in places. However, they are certainly more than adequate for an overnight stay and provide everything you need. The room I stayed in was a rooftop room, but it was well equipped and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Overall, the hotel offers practical and pleasant accommodation for a short stay in Paris, with its excellent location being its biggest advantage.
The exposed wooden beams and pillars in the bathroom add a unique charm and character to the space, although they do make the already compact bathroom feel somewhat smaller. As a result, the bathroom is probably more comfortable for smaller guests. Nevertheless, I found the traditional wooden features to be a charming and memorable part of the room.
I would have appreciated a wider selection of breakfast items or a greater variety from day to day, for example scrambled or fried eggs. A larger selection of savoury pastries and bread would also be welcome.
The sound of doors closing when other guests arrive at or leave their rooms can be slightly disturbing at times. However, neither the breakfast selection nor the occasional noise from other rooms had any significant negative impact on my stay.
