Wir kommen definitiv wieder und haben das Hotel auch schon weiter empfohlen
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Dadurch aber leider abends sehr laut. Im Sommer mit offenen Fenstern schlafen wird dann schwierig

Cons:

Die Croissants waren leider nicht durchgebacken. Was aber wirklich das einzige ist, wo man „meckern“ müsste. Sonst ist es ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem drum und dran.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und das die Parkplätze/Tiefgaragenpätze im Preis inbegriffen waren hat uns sehr gefallen!

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Stiegenhaus und der Lärmpegel war kaum auszuhalten, auch die zur Verfügung gestellten Ohropax haben nicht geholfen.

Im Zimmer hat uns das separate Klo gefallen, allerdings wär ein kleines Waschbecken im Klo Wünschenswert.

Huge & nice room. All super clean. Good variety of food for breakfast. Lovely people at the reception and restaurant.

Cons:

The room was quite hot and stuffy when we came- but there was AC. The matresses are too soft.

Bel hôtel au décor typiquement autrichien.
Pros:

Bel établissement traditionnel bien décoré avec une belle terrasse. Belle chambre spacieuse. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les bruits extérieurs à 3 et 4h du matin mais l’établissement n’y peut rien.

Lampadina mancante su luce a colonna per ovviare al problema avevano staccato la luce dalle prese corrente per evitare che qualcuno infili per sbaglio un dito nel portalampada

Telecomando air condizioni e clima fuori uso, non funzionante ed il supporto
a muro ci é rimasto in mano.. per riattaccarlo abbiamo faticato, lasciandolo posticcio come trovato, quindi non utilizzabile.
Moquette dappertutto al posto del pavimento piastrelle o pvc: dalle foto sito e delle camere confermate risultavano immagini con piastrelle e doccia di camere diverse da quelle ricevute.
In realtà tutte le camere ci hanno detto, alla reception, sono tutte con moquette e le docce sono vasche con attaccata colonna porta getto doccia.

Nessuna rassomiglanza tra foto delke camere confermate sul sito Booking e camere ricevute
Impossibile cambio camere o upgrade.e non ci hanno spiegato o motivato il perché, nonostante abbiamo comunicato sia in tedesco ed in inglese.

Bottiglia acqua omaggio era già stata aperta e poi richiusa malamente.
Difficoltà a contattare un responsabile direzione:...semplicemente spedite email con
vostre lamentele.

Расположение очень хорошее, рядом много кафе ,ресторанов, магазинов Комната чистая ,мы были четвером и собака ,место хватило всем . Хороший завтрак

Das Frühstück war super und das Personal auch.

Cons:

Sauberkeit bzw. Einige Schäden im Badezimmer zb. Wand ist abgeblättert im Badezimmer beim kl. Spiegel, der Geruch im Badezimmer obwohl es gereinigt wurde, ein Spot ist nicht gegangen, die Polster waren zwar frisch überzogen aber der Poster selbst nicht sauber bzw altersflecken.

Highly Recommended
Pros:

We had a lovely large room with a beautiful room. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. We liked that the WC was separate from the shower/sink part of the bathroom. The restaurant meal was delicious as was the buffet breakfast. The staff was very professional and kind, especially Chiara!

Cons:

It was all wonderful!
