Overpriced
Pros:

Area around hotel was nice with plenty of places to eat

Cons:

A list of items, some petty but they should not be expected when oaying thi amount for a room.
1. Toilet roll holder not fixed properly
2. Control button on fan missing
3. Nowhere to stand fan, i had to turn bin upside down.
4. Hair in the bath
5. Tried to close bathroom blind and it fell off the wall.
6. There was water left in the coffee machine so had not been cleaned.
7. Bedroom and bathroom window frames paint all cracked and rotting, also no locks on windows, young children could easily get out....not good as room was on the 5th floor.
8. No lift
9. Kitchen closes at 9pm so no room service.

Éviter la chambre 14
Pros:

Emplacement et la ville est très belle

Cons:

Acollidor i bònic
Pros:

El personal és fantàstic i l’hotel està en un punt molt còmode per visitar el poble

Cons:

Cóm és un edifici antic, l’accés a les plantes superiors amb maletes és complicat. Millor dur bossa de mà

Pros:

Great location right in the centre of town. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Cons:

Carpets were dirty. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. Being on the high street can get noisy in the evenings.

Waste of money.
Cons:

I was originally a walk in and was told that they had no rooms available and that the hotel was fully booked.
I was actually made to feel like i was an undesirable.
I then booked the room online and collected room key and stayed there in any case.
I was told Breakfast was at 7:30am only to discover that it was not being served until 9:30am that morning of my departure.

Tunbridge Wells Hotel
Pros:

The staff were very good & very helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant which was nice, just basic Haddock & chips but very tasty. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It was very dated & in need of updating. Lots of stairs with narrow corridors & not easy to find your way around. The room was very basic and had a TV on the wall which half blocked the way to the bathroom. Had to clear some hair from the sink as the water wouldn't run away.

Wedding stay
Pros:

Location, helpful staff,

Cons:

Double room, bed was too small, no lift but we were aware of that. Noisy outside but not the hotels fault. Bathroom access very tight.

A disappointing experience.
Pros:

The staff on duty did their best.

Cons:

The kitchen staff were all on holiday on Monday and Tuesday, so there was no breakfast and no evening meal. There is no lift, and we were on the fourth floor via a complicated system of stairs.
