Great location, near the pier and great walking distance from all the highlights of Eastbourne
Uncomfortable bed. It was hard as a rock and I didn't sleep much
It's a good value hotel. Does all the basics properly and is right beside the beach, not too far a walk from the centre of town. A nice bright room, though small. If you don't plan to spend long in the room then it's a great option.
It didn't do anything more than the basics, really. The bed could have been a little comfier, probably, but I slept fine. The TV in the room didn't work.
A great location, on sea front and near the pier.The hotel had a lovely lounge area, which was very quiet. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed a drink in the evening on the little terrace at the front of the hotel.
Breakfast time was a little early for my elderly mother.

Clean rooms, very important for people with allergies.
Please switch to a non fragrant washing powder, more and more people have allergies towards man-made chemicals, they are proven to be harmful. :)
Perfect location
2 tea bags, no coffee milk etc. towels mismatched but clean. Basically comfy bed. Very basic room. Staff were pleasant enough, no prizes for feeling welcomed. But nothing bad to say about them.

No cafe facility open on arrival mid day, had to go out for coffee and sandwich
Lovely, spacious sea view room. Fridge. Clean. Receptionists lovely. Enjoyed being served breakfast as apposed to a buffet.
Not enough sockets in the room for a family of three with phones to charge. 4 sockets, 3 taken up by TV, fridge and much-needed fan. USB points would be helpful
